I had an emergency repair required where the drain pipe on the A/C wasn't draining properly but leaking onto the floor instead. I called Steve and he called me back immediately with the time a technician could come over that night to fix. Technician was on time, courteous and cleaned up after fixing the problem. We were extremely happy that we were able to take care of that night rather than waiting for the weekend.

When I met with Steve to discuss the new equipment I was very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. He took the time to explain the different options and at no time did I feel any "sales pressure". The installers , Peter and Sam, were punctual, also very professional, worked very efficiently and were so tidy - you would never know that they had been at the house. Wanted to share that technician was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Did a thorough job of cleaning and checking of both furnace & air conditioner. Impressed at the honesty in reporting that our older furnace was doing well instead of saying "needs replacing" as I have heard some companies do when not always necessary.
