Steve showed up at my house within 45 minutes of making the original contact. He was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He provided me with a quote while explaining advantages and disadvantages between products. Work was scheduled for 2 days later when he and his crew showed up promptly. Overall we are very happy with the product, installation and service received. Steve had called me shortly after installation to ensure I was satisfied which I was. Will certainly use him and his company again if needed.

During our contracted spring A/C service, we discovered that both of our air conditioners were in disrepair. One had to be replaced because it's an old R22 unit and the other had completely lost its charge so a leak test was recommended. Since this is big expenditure, we got a couple of quotes. Steve at Air In Motion was more competitive on the replacement unit quote and we felt that his approach to correcting the leaking unit was the most practical. This is not the first time we have used Air in Motion. This time we returned from a vacation and the furnace was 'kicking out' when we tried to increase the temperature in the house. I called Steve, he suggested I try a number of fixes before he dispatched Craig to come over to work his magic and to give us the heat we needed. Tankless water heater gave way.. started leaking. On the advice of a friend, called Steve. He answered right away, got a technician to my home in the evening the same day. Was very up front about my options and different choices I could make to address the problem. Never felt pressured. Never felt pushed in any direction. After I made my decision, he ordered a new unit the same day, technicians came in the next day and installed it. Steve himself came by and checked on things. Even took time to answer other questions and consult on another issue I had. He is super responsive by phone call, by text. His team was efficient and thorough. Went over everything with me at the end of the day. Received a followup call from Steve after to make sure everything was ok. Steve was everything you would want in somebody working on your house... knowledgeable, professional, prompt, courteous, came by personally, excellent communication. 100% would recommend again and would use for future HVAC needs!!

On a Saturday morning I noticed there wasn't any hot water in my house and within one hour Steve Youdowitch had one of his service techs at my door. Impressive! Even better, the problem turned out to be my own fault, as I had accidentally knocked the on/off switch on the tank. Didn't I feel like an idiot! Steve is such a class act, he didn't even charge me for the service call. That's what I call customer care - an increasingly rare find these days!
