Quick and efficient, they were able to complete the job within a week. I had a wonderful experience.

Our furnace broke down on the coldest day of the year. we were at wits end to get this repaired and Steve came to the rescue he got us fixed up with a proper furnace repair and when the proper part came in a couple of days later came back and updated his repair again with no additional cost. This is what customer service is all about and we will be using his company in the future for all our furnace and airconditioning work.

I was concerned that every time I used the dryer it smelled "hot"...I was concerned I had a fire hazard.The furnace ducts had never been cleaning in over 40 years!Air in Motion Heating and Cooling owner Steve Youdavitch explained the details of the procedure, what would be done, how long it should take etc. He even suggested I put my cats in a cage too keep them safe and secure. He warned me the noise might upset them.He called the day of the appointment to make sure all was going well. His Technician was courteous, very pleasant, and was respectful of my home and belongings. He also explained each step of the process.

We had a new furnace and Hepa filter system installed a couple years back but have not received any follow up or response from the installer. I contacted Steve in regards to maintenance of filters and new ones were installed immediately. We are now breathing clean air again. Thanks Steve

So my furnace broke down over a week ago. I had the original technician who installed it 7 years ago come to diagnose the problem. We spent $400 and 3 visits but still no success. He suggested a radical remedy including re routing a whole new exhaust system. I asked Steve for a 2nd opinion. He came and within a few minutes was able to diagnose the problem with the circuit board, fan motor, and transformer. He explained our options in a courteous and honest manner and after choosing to repair, he returned for a quick fix. Yes it cost us $1200 but it was done fast, it works, and we have peace of mind. It felt like he was an uncle coming to put our mind at ease. Very friendly and knowledgable is the best way to describe Steve. He was actually recommended to me by a friend in the construction business that swears by his reputation. I'm happy to have had a great experience.

Steve came recommended to us. He did a great job at a very reasonable rate. We highly recommend him to other friends and family members. He came in on time; he was professional and cordial.

I got my humidifier installed and I should tell you, Steve came by, did a quick check and recommended the right product for a detached home like mine. As promised, Steve scheduled the date of installation within two days. David (guy who installed) was a thorough professional and completed the job within an hour. I'd recommend this group for your HVAC needs and I'd personally be using them in future.

We had not completed regular maintenance on our heating and cooling equipment in quite some time. We know we should but were hesitant on who to use. Steve and his group were recommended by a real estate agent and we were not disappointed. Scheduling was easy and the technician (Gavin) was very thorough and professional and explained what he would be doing. We discussed what repairs and replacements were needed and I feel very confident about the work that was completed and very satisfied with the cost. One less thing to worry about now!

Excellent company to deal with. When my water heater broke last Friday, I called and left voice messages to 2 other companies (they never called me back, by the way) then I called Air in Motion. Steve answered right away and was able to get Davin to visit us that same night. He even called to update us on traffic delays so we know exactly when Davin will arrive. Davin was able to diagnose the problem and was very helpful in answering all of our questions. Steve managed to find the part required and ordered it for us in a relatively short time. I like the service a lot that I added a furnace maintenance after the water heater was all fixed. I will likely have them back in the summer for AC maintenance. As for pricing, I finally did get a quote from another company but Steve's quote is still more competitive. Thanks Steve!
