We took on the challenge of a 100+ year old home in desperate need of full rebab. The challenge for us was to find a team qualified and experienced enough to tackle a house with no insulation and existing butchery of ductwork, who could fix so many mistakes and save a beautiful old house and bring it to modern standards and code compliance. The kind of detail and thought that was required and the consideration of so many factors required a great deal of patience and planning rare few can truly deliver. We even had a some critical alterations as the work was in motion that I believe would have made another teams resolve crumble! Every consideration or accommodation we could need or even hope for we received. We where treated like adored members of an extended family - I could not have hoped to be in better hands!

Steve and his crew are amazing. Contacted Steve at about 7am and he came by that same day to assess my old equipment and gave me various options. The next business day they completed a new install for me and Steve even came by to check in on the work and bring his crew some lunch. New equipment is working great! Steve and his team Peter and Sam did an amazing job installing my new AC and relocating the unit to the side of the house.
