My water heater reached its end of life, leaking from bottom everywhere on a Sunday eve... I called and was right away connected with live Steve who was so great, reappraising and we planned immediately for the switch for a new one on the Tuesday (could likely have been even Monday if I had been home) Steve was always super friendly, following on everything before and after the installation. TECH persons were on time and really wanted to help fix all of this, despite all the hurdles of having a big water tank go through narrow staircase to the basement. Minimal scratches but I can only imagine what unhelpful tech from other companies would have said (such as letting me down...) or done (such as damage everything). Price were market price and for such a quick service, that is great! No hesitation, good company! High standard owner.

As my house grew cold, 5 days ago, I realized that my 17 year old furnace was no longer working. I had used AIM before, with good results and so left a message for Steve. He phoned me back in a few minutes and did some problem solving by phone and photo. The prognosis did not seem good and he came out, the next day, to check on my heating system and explain the options in deciding whether to replace or repair. I was so relieved that his team was able to install a new furnace within 4 days. Throughout the process Steve was accessible and encouraging. He advised me as to the specific portable heaters to purchase, while waiting for the furnace, so as to not overload my electrical system. Thank you Steve for your skill and personal qualities.

We have been in our home a few years and wanted a safety inspection of our furnace, water heater, stove, and fireplace. After a Google search of contractors in our area I contacted a few companies and was finally happy when I spoke with Steve of Air in Motion. He was a professional from the get-go and I had instant confidence in him. It was easy to schedule an appointment and his technician showed up on time and was courteous, knowledgeable, and thorough. He even went above and beyond and replaced a faulty switch on our fireplace. I would highly recommend anyone wanting service from this company to look no further.

Our old gas fireplace broke down and Steve and his team worked tirelessly to find us a new way one before the cold really set in. We knew it would be difficult given the shortage of products these days. Our air conditioner stopped working on the hottest day of the year. Steve was extremely busy but he went that extra mile to get me a Goodman air conditioner in two days installed. Supply was scarce but Steve got one for me on very short notice. His crew was absolutely amazing. They even cleaned the debris and levelled the area where the air conditioner was installed. If you are needing anything relating to heating and air conditioning and especially air quality in your home, Air In Motion Heating + Cooling are the only people to call! This is at least the third or fourth time I have had service from Air In Motion. Steve is amazing, very sincere and responsive. This last job he also managed to squeeze me in and get me out of jam. AIm has done multiple jobs for me, most notably installing a gas line for stove and dryer. Each time I have been very satisfied with the work completed. Crews are pleasant and clean up from the site and also show up on time. Highly recommend Air In Motion.

Steve and his team were amazing in installing a gas line for our new cooktop. Very professional and responsive. In fact, Steve helped connecting with a handyman who fixed the rangehood for us. Steve is your guy for any HVAC needs!

I had a service call with Air in motion, and was really happy I called them. I found them a while ago, and have been using them for some time now. They are professional, respect my home when they come by, and most importantly got my hot water back on! I was happy with my experience from beginning to the end, and glad to support such a great and honest local business!

Our hot water tank sprung a leak and Steve and his team were able to squeeze us in and replace the tank in a timely manner. The guys did a great job and cleaned everything up afterwards! Excellent customer service!!
