Required bat removal from attic. The entrance to the attic was found. Scott caulked around the eaves and installed a chimney screen. A month later he returned to remove the exit door for the bats. The price was what I expected for the size of house. The caulking was done carefully and clean. I recommend his work.

Using thermal imaging equipment, he was able to accurately locate the babies in the attic. Scott and his team carefully removed the babies through a small opening, which he repaired as best as possible at the time. They also installed a one-way door on the roof to allow the mother raccoon to exit safely. The next day, Scott returned to remove the door and properly repair the damage caused by the raccoon. I was especially impressed by how gently and professionally they handled the babies throughout the process. Scott got rid of the raccoons under my back deck quickly and efficiently. He precisely assessed the problem and took care of it. Hired Scott to remove some unwanted guests in my attic. Turned out to be 4 baby racoons and their momma. Scott made this process very easy from the very start. Racoons were removed and vents covered to protect them being removed again for re-entry. Would highly recommend using Liddle Rascals!

Came in to assess work by a previous contractor who hadn't been returning phone calls after critters in our attic failed to vacate following an expensive installation. Was able to respond quickly while some of the bigger outfits didn't have appointments available for days. Assessed the previous work (which was lacking) and patched up a hole they had missed. Squirrels left and haven't been back. Even repaired some of the shoddy work left behind by other guys during a follow-up visit. Reasonable price for excellent workmanship and responsiveness. Would enthusiastically recommend.
