Excellent service and very professional. Had squirrels in my attic and my neighbour recommended Liddle Rascals. Tony inspected the roof, gave me a quote and once I approved, he setup a one way exit and a few days later replaced the vent that was breached. A couple of months later squirrels entered through another vent, so I called Liddle Rascals again. This time, because the roof shingles and vents were being replaced, Scott set a one way exit for the squirrels through the soffit. After my roof shingles were replaced and metal vents installed, Scott came to remove the exit door. He inspected my roof and assured me that there were no issues. Even though I offered to pay, Scott declined to charge for his services. Thank you Scott.

I would highly recommend Liddle Rascals for unwanted pest removal. Scott and Spencer were great to work with. Fortunately, they were working in my area and were able to come on short notice. They kept me posted as to their arrival time (since I was on a tight schedule), assessed the situation, explained how an unwanted squirrel took up residence in my attic (through a hole in the eves) and how they would go about eliminating him (without harming him). They knew their stuff, worked quickly and before long, my unwanted tenant was gone. Scott and Spencer know their stuff, are friendly and easy to work with and reasonably price. They are now my "go-to" guys for pest removal.

Neighbours had contacted Scott and Tony who efficiently and safely allowed some Raccoons to gain their freedom from inside the neighbours' Roof. So when we encountered something similar, but with some Birds, we contacted Scott by phone. We outlined the issue and arranged a time. Tony arrived as scheduled last Friday and was so pleasant, friendly and reassuring that no harm would come to the Birds. Tony climbed the long ladder and found where they had entered, through an aluminum panel. Inside were two baby birds on the wooden floor. They were grown. Tony took a photo of them for us and as he turned the two birds decided it was time to fly away. They safely landed on a nearby tree and so began their journey. Tony closed up the hole in the panel with wire mesh fixed to the aluminum. The cost was very reasonable for the work and for their efficiency. We highly recommend Scott and Tony. They are professional, friendly and so reassuring. We will always contact Liddle Rascals if we have any similar issues in the future. Thank you Tony.

Scott and Tony did an excellent job, fast and professional. They did the inspection, proposed a solution, and the same day completed the job. Will hire them again, if needed.

Submitted an online form to their website and Scott promptly replied and schedule an appointment. Tony came to house today, and go onto the roof for thorough inspection. Came down and assured me there is no big animal in the roof as there is no sign of breaching. Other than active monitoring there is no action. He even refused to accept compensation for the inspection. Highly recommended.

They were super fast to respond to my query and came to give me a quote. His suggestion after going around my house was to do mouse traps in my garage becUse it did not seem that any places on the roof or sofit would allow them to come in. If that doesn’t work i can contact them again to help more. They did not try to up-charge me or pay for something i did not need. Also during these covid times he came wearing a mask and everything was very professional. i hope i never have to but if ever it happens again with critters in my house i will call again.

It's been a pleasure working with Scott. He's been our go-to-guy for raccoons, birds, etc. for years. He's always quick, reliable, and for a reasonable price. We highly recommend him.

Hands-down best wildlife control company I have ever dealt with. I really wish I had called them first, no one is more knowledgeable and helpful than Scott when it comes to wildlife control. I kept hearing noises coming from the vent above my stove. I called one wildlife control company, who came out, did a 10-second "inspection" of my roof, told me there were no holes and that it must be mice. Told me to call an exterminator. Called the exterminator, who was at first extremely hesitant to come to my home and, quite frankly, rude on the phone. He ended up coming out a few days later, but was scared to look into the cupboard above the stove where the vent connects to the attic (where the noise was coming from). Instead he went on the roof, found a hole, installed a one-way squirrel door, and proceeded to leave without checking the attic. When I asked him to check the attic, he told me "the attic won't tell me anything, I've already inspected the roof" . Finally, after repeated requests, he poked his head up into the attic for less than a minute and said he will come back to throw down poison. A few days later, I again heard the noises above my stove in the vent. I called the company who had installed the one-way door. They said they would send the same Technician out to have a look. I asked them to send someone else who would do a better job and was not afraid of animals. They laughed and said they would call me back. Never did. In the meantime, I called Liddle Rascals. Scott was fully booked for the day, but told me he would do his best to squeeze me in, and he did. He came out to my house twice ON THE SAME DAY I called him. Inspected EVERYTHING, roof, attic, cupboard, vent, EVERYTHING. I tried to pay him, he said "pay me after the job is done" because he was going to come back in a few days and check on the one-way squirrel door he had set-up. He even took down the useless one-way squirrel door the other company put up and patched up the roof. Extremely knowledgeable, extremely reasonably priced as well. Really really wish I had called him first, but live and learn, better late than never.

Scott is awesome! We called him on a Saturday and he came out within two hours. We weren’t sure where the entry point was for the squirrels getting into our roof but he identified it right away, put a cage on it and we haven’t heard a squirrel since. He even came back a few days later to put a more permanent solution on! Highly recommended.
