This is a great company. Scott came over to assess the raccoon issue the same day and provided me with a free estimate which was very reasonable. Tony came the next day to do the job. Very professional and knowlogeble individuals. I highly recommend them.

These guys were awesome my neighbour recommend them and they did a wonderful job i had issue with raccoons and they came and did great work and more than half the price i was quoted with another company that had awful personality and mannerisms. So happy with them and would recommend them to anyone.

These guys are fantastic! I called them to inquire about a squirrel problem in the attic. Tony was at our house the same day. He thoroughly inspected the house to determine where they were gaining entry, provided a solution, and was able to complete the work while he was there! So friendly and professional, I have nothing but good things to say about this company. I would recommend them to anyone looking to eliminate a rodent problem.

Thanks to Scott and, especially, Tony for the superb service with our "noise in the wall" mystery. An inspection was scheduled within a day of my call. Tony did an extraordinarily thorough job, checking out both levels of the complete roof, even though the noise was coming from one particular area. Not finding a definitive answer on the first visit, Tony placed an indicator (peanut butter) in the attic and then returned a few days later to check and did another roof inspection. Both his visits happened on the hottest, most humid days of the summer (I felt awful for him up on the roof!) but his attention to the problem was unfazed by the heat. It was determined that mice, not larger critters, are the culprits so we are pursuing service accordingly. I asked Tony if he preferred I pay with credit card or a cheque and, to my great surprise, he said there was no cost for the 2 visits. Liddle Rascals' customer service is truly exemplary.

Our experience with Liddle Rascals was fantastic. An animal had dug a large hole at the back of our shed; we literally had a pile of gravel beside the hole. My conversation with Scott (who has a great sense of humour) was immediately reassuring. He came out to have a look and provided a free estimate. Both Scott and Tony were professional and polite. The work was done quickly and efficiently and the cost was fair. Liddle Rascals even provides a 3 year warranty of their work. And a bonus - Scott fixed our gate on his way out - something that has been on our "to do" list for years now!

From the first contact with Scott on the phone to my last with Tony in person , I can only give praise . The response time was almost immediate , Scott took time to listen and provide some information . Tony was very efficient , pleasant , professional and kind . He checked everywhere on the outside of the house and could not see any possible entrance for animals . And although not required he looked in the basement and into the attic entrance and placed a couple of traps for me . He also provided valuable information I have had many service providers for several reasons but I have to say I would give Liddle Rascals 11/ 10 They also waived their fee . Who could ask for more ? Thank you so much .

Responded to my email in less than 24 hr and showed up promptly to offer a free estimate and assessment. Came back several times to follow up. Issue appears to be resolved. Very happy with the service and highly recommend this company to others.

They responsed to my call quickly and got the racoon off the roof without any trouble. I got tips to prevent it from coming back and they dealt with a follow up call I had in the same manner. If I have a problem in the future I'll call them and recommend you do the same!
