I had NES Alarms do a complete Alarm and Camera Sytem for my House. Very pleased with everything! Installation was quick and smooth. Very clean work. I used NES Alarms back in 1987 when I purchased my home. They installed my alarm system and have taken care of us every since. Recently, they installed an alarm system for my daughter at her new home. Again, they explained the various systems available and helped us choose the best system for our budget. They are very professional and they care about their customers. They arrived on time for the installation and make sure that they fully test out the system before they leave. They are extremely neat and make sure that the system is right. Great customer service and definitely recommend them to other people. Domenic, Terry and Cosmo are very professional.

I found NES Alarms through HomeStars and I was very impressed with all the reviews I read. When I first called them, I spoke with Dominic who took the time to explain everything to my full understanding (the different systems). He was very professional and I truly felt like he cared for my business because he returned all of my calls right away. On the day of installation, Terry arrived promptly at 8:30 as scheduled. He was extremely neat and tidy when hooking up my alarm system; he tucked in all wires that had been hanging from the previous home owners. The area around the panel box in the basement never looked so clean! Terry was very knowledgeable about all the wiring and he was able to answer all my questions about the new system. I found it very helpful how he walked me through the steps. Overall, great customer service! I will definitely be recommending them to other people.

Cosmo was the most helpful, wonderful, cheerful help to me in my time of need. I highly recommend the company. Very knowledgeable and patient and walked me through fixing our alarm system.

NES is a small family business with the personal touch, same day service, instant follow up, etc. big companies don't provide. We've dealt with several security companies over the years and NES is by far the best, professional, efficient, courteous, reliable and an unbeatable price. Also, they came within an hour or so when requested to make changes to the system and after some window and door replacement and phone number adjustments. Highly recommended 10+++
