We have been having some problems with a motion sensor going off for an unknown reason. It was agreed that a less sensitive sensor was required, they had a technician here the next day and he was friendly, courteous and quick. We always have excellent service from NES. The reason for not giving a 10 star review is that I was surprised to be billed for this transaction.

NES provided us the prompt and detail to attention that others fail to provide. No hidden fees or gimmicks. The installation work was very clean and professional. They came recommended from a friend and I would highly recommend to others as well.

Security is just one of the things that I have to deal with at our multiple site business with hundreds of employees and I rely on the professionals at NES to take care of everything from video surveillance and monitoring to burglar and fire protection and alarm systems. Every problem I encounter is fixed with a simple phone call. No matter what it is, they take care of it quickly and properly. Rob.

NES Alarms installed a complete burglar alarm system for our home and office and we are most impressed by the work and the service we received. The work was done properly and cleanly, followed by a written guarantee; and the service men were very professional, courteous and on time. I'm not in the habit of posting reviews but NES Alarms extremely impressed me on their last visit to my residence. The staff is friendly and very professional. The representative was punctual and performed the requested service call efficiently. I would highly recommend NES Alarms.

We had some service repairs and adjustments we needed for our security requirements. Cosimo, from NESAlarms, was here in a timely manner and completed everything we needed with professionalism, care and efficiency. They respect our security processes in getting into various areas and they work with a genuine caring attitude in the service they provide and the company they work for.

A few years ago when I moved to my previous house, we inherited the alarm equipment from the previous owner who was using NES Alarms, and recommended NES Alarms to us. We went to NES and have been very happy with their great services since then. When we moved to our current house, we chose NES Alarms without any hesitation to have the new alarm systems installed. We were very happy with the installation During the 6+ years with NES, we have placed a few service requests by emails, on line or phone calls. All services requests were responded promptly and issues resolved shortly. A couple of examples: A while ago, the wireless sensor was out of battery, I called Dominic, he suggested try replacing the battery by myself first to save service cost, which worked well . He is very honest and patient. Today, it was extremely hot. I called Dominic for some issues related to the telephone line. He arranged to have Cosimo came to my house right away and had it fixed. I am very impressed with their prompt response and great customer services. My experience with NES Alarms has always been exceeding expectations. I would highly recommend NES Alarms.
