    Re-roofing including: insulation, ventilation, flat roof, and gable re-siding

    The whole team was very professional and the CEO, Shay, was willing to discuss options throughout the project, especially as unexpected issues arose with our 115 year old house. The daily cleanup of the worksite was excellent. Each specialized team responsible for various aspects of the project was diligent and skilled. The office secretary Elaine was also very helpful and friendly. Not the cheapest company, based on other quotes, but comparable in price, reliable and prompt. We are satisfied that we received very good value overall.

    New roof

    Just had my entire roof.... down to the bare bones, replaced by Integrity & couldn’t be happier! Not only does it look great, but they were so responsive to my (many) questions, took photos to show me what was going on, added some extras to make it even better than it was, & generally paid attention to every little detail! I don’t speak “roof” so I probably required more time to explain things than some people do, but Shay & his team didn’t hesitate to make sure I had all the information. Especially impressive was the cleanup at the end of each day - even when they were coming back the next morning! Super polite, easy to deal with, quick to respond!

    Roof repair, attic insulation, vents

    I had an older roof that required a bathroom vent, roof vents, as well as new insulation. Phil and his team were very professional and were happy to answer my questions promptly. The work was done in a timely manner, which was greatly appreciated given the current pandemic situation. Highly recommended!

    Roof Replacement (incl. Decking), Ventilation, Insulation, Skylights

    Integrity Roofers replaced my roof last fall, and so far I'm a very happy customer. Quoting: I had four local roofing companies come to give estimates for this job. Cory was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He took the time to explain the job in detail, and was helpful and frank about all of my options. Of the four companies I went through the estimate process with, Integrity left me feeling the most confident that the job would be performed correctly and professionally. Something else that stood out for me about Integrity was their ability to perform the entire job, including insulation. This was an added bonus, as the prospect of multiple contractors and potential finger-pointing if things went wrong was a concern for me. They seemed to have subcontractors to perform the insulation work, managed by Integrity's Project Manager Shawn. Work: The crew sent by Integrity lead by Shawn was efficient, considerate, and clean. The communication I received from Cory and Shawn leading up to, during, and following the job was clear and consistent. The insulation work, skylight replacement, and roof replacement were all done very well (to my untrained eye) and I have had no issues. Roofing isn't something you want to cheap out on. If you want the job done right the first time, I would recommend Integrity Roofers.

    Roofing

    I have used Integrity Roofers to replace my roof this spring. The work was done well and on time. Their customer support is very good. I have also used them a couple of years ago for a small fix after a windstorm and their service was amazing.

    New flat roof

    I had a new flat roof done by Integrity Roofers in April 2020. Cory did a great job answering all my questions and keeping me updated constantly as the work was progressing. These guys really know their business and know what they are doing ! Cheri, the team lead is a really nice person and an example of professionalism. He pays attention to details and made sure his team cleaned everything up and left the place in the same condition as it was before. Definitely recommend !

    Amazing Job

    Integrity did my roof in September of 2019. Being knowledgeable in roofs I knew what I wanted to get and had a few quotes. Shay from Integrity showed up and actually went up on my roof to give a proper quote. Other company salesman were using an app on their phone?? I explained exactly what I wanted and was willing to pay more than what competitors had asked providing they did a good job and delivered. Shay assured me I wouldn't be disappointed. They used quality CSA approved shingles along with ice/water shield and underlayment. On top of that they actually changed the chimney flashing! Many roofing contractors I have seen on neighbouring houses don't do that...just spraypaint. The crew was polite, professional, knowledgeable and did a fantastic job cleaning up. Shay even followed up after the job to see if I was happy. Integrity charges more but you get what you pay for. Thank you Shay for a job well done and will recommend you to others.

    Roof Replacement

    I cannot stress how great Integrity Roofers is! Phil, the sales rep, came by and walked me through every step with perfect clarity! He has been amazing in getting back to me with questions and queries. When an issue arose, Shay, the company CEO, came over to my home personally, and walked me through what was going to happen, and what needed to happen to make my roof perfect. The team doing the roof where courteous and clean and whenever an issue came up, would stop and explain what needed to happen and gave me all the options. From start to finish, from Phil and Shay to Elaine handling the administrative work, Integrity is a great choice for anyone looking to fix a minor problem to getting a brand new roof!

    Fascia repair work.

    On Tuesday morning my wife noticed the wind had ripped off the fascia panel at the front of our house. The guys at Integrity Roofers were on site the next morning to review the panel to match the colour and the work was done shortly after. They did what they said they would do and they did it quickly. Great job guys.

    Garage roof and eaves

    Detached garage, north side. two skylights, rotten fascia. Did a great job of stripping off the old shingles, around the skylights, and replacing the fascia where it had rotted from a missing drip edge. Didn't skimp on ice and water shield around skylights as well as lower edge. The team was quick, friendly and professional. Particularly appreciated a few extra minutes spent checking on the angle for the eaves to ensure it would drain well, as well as how it looked from the house.
