We are so pleased with our experience with Integrity Roofers and the job they did with our flat roof installation. We were initially set to have another local roofer perform the installation, but after the second day working on it, they abandoned the job. Luckily, we found Integrity Roofers and called them for a quote. From the second we met Shay we knew we were dealing with a professional company, and we appreciated that Shay took the time to explain what was wrong with our roof and how to properly fix it. No surprise here, the previous company had installed the roof incorrectly, but Integrity Roofers was able to fix the issues. We have learned that in the roofing industry you get what you pay for. Integrity Roofers' pricing was fair in relation to the amount and quality of work that was completed. Moreover, we were impressed with the professionalism of the crew - they showed up early in the morning to do the job, they were polite and helpful, and kept us informed through out the entire process. I would highly recommend Integrity Roofers for the reliable, high-quality, well-priced work they perform.

We had leakage in our eavestrough after a rainstorm in early July. I found Integrity Roofers on Homestar.ca. Shay Barat, the owner operator, came to my house the next day. He spent an hour and a half fixing certain areas of our eavestrough is a pratical way. He was very strightforward.

We discovered a hole in our roof due to raccoons. We needed an emergency call to our house for repair due to a rainstorm the next day. Dave arrived within a couple of hours, made the repairs and made sure there were no raccoons in our attic. His punctuality, professionalism and expertise was exceptional. The pricing was more than reasonable. Integrity Roofing lives up to their name. These are the people to go to.

Shay Barat and the entire installation team did an excellent job. The proposal was thorough and contained useful recommendations that were followed. Of all the contractors we met, Shay Barat was the most detailed in his explanation, and he provided useful roofing information to assist us in choosing the right product and warranty. Shay was the only one that gave us the comfort level we required, and Integrity Roofers' pricing was competitive and affordable. The quality of the workmanship was solid and effectively addressed our needs. The crew lead by Dave the foreman was polite and friendly and they kept me informed every step of the way. The clean up was good, however I did find some nails left behind that I brought to Dave's attention and he took care of it right away. I recommend Integrity Roofers with confidence to any homeowner who needs roof work.

Our experience with Integrity Roofers was very satisfactory, Our previous roof was installed in October 1999, and came with a 20-year warranty. Upon inspection, backed up by pictures, we were told a new roof should be installed. This means we only received 68% performance from the old roof. That is similar to running a poor performing furnace. Our roofer suggested a complete roofing solution. He provided reading material from the shingle manufacturer, which included a visual display of the recommended solution.
