Window caulking and leak repair
Ken of Integrity Roofing was able to repair our leaky windows that were causing internal damage to our stairwell and carpeting Very professional and curteous Ken knew what he was doing from start to finish Great job

Roof repair
For a number of years we have had small leaks in our living and dining room ceiling causing some paint to bubble but finally with this spring's extra heavy rain in one area the paint cracked and started flaking off - action was needed. We called back Integrity Roofers who replaced our eves trough, soffit and facia perfectly last summer. Shay Barat climbed into the attic and photographed all the damaged roofing plywood and we agreed on repair price. They came quickly, did a neat job and included a few upgrades.

Everything I hoped for.
I did my research and got 3 quotes for identical services and products, Integrity was the middle quote pricewise. I decided to go with them because they had the right answers to my questions, ie when can you do it, we could do it right away but it would be best to wait a bit for warmer weather, so they did. what about ventilation, they recommended a ridge vent which is the best way, other quotes did not mention a ridge vent. Shay was reasonable on the cost of upgraded shingles and extending the warranty. They arrives on time and we're gone 1.5 days latter leaving the place clean and as they found it, only time will tell as to how the roof will last but it looks great. Thanks Guys.

Great work from Integrity
Shay and the Integrity team provided excellent customer service from beginning to end. Both he and his team were extremely professional and diligent to ensure i was satisfied with the work. We are very happy we went with Integrity after reviewing 4 different quotes. highly recommended.

Complex flat roof and re-shingle of 3 story mansard roof
Simply outstanding work from start to finish. 11 out of 10! Shay, the owner, walked us through the process, did not over sell, was clear and honest, and explained the breakdown of costs and price. They are properly certified (we checked). It was a big job and don't want to deal with this again. During the research process we got quotes from over 5 companies. Sean the foreman got in touch with us before the work started and explained the setup, and kept us updated throughout the process. Olag the crew manager was excellent, really knew what he was doing, courteous, hard working, and well respected by the team. The crew team was truly exceptional! Super hard working, punctual, knowledgable, and friendly. They worked from 7am to past 7pm , and each day did a thorough cleanup. This job was complex - scaffolds, booms, 3 stories, dormers, stripping 4 layers of previous shingles. So glad we had this team on the job! Yulia who runs the office and scheduling was also most helpful (tricky business scheduling as so weather dependent). Please note I have never felt compelled to write a review of anything before , but this company and particularly the work crew was so professional and exceptional (in a trade notorious for sloppy work and price gauging) I wanted to share this story and most of all thank them for an excellent job!

New roof
Contacted them through this site, within 10 minutes I got a phone call. Shay arrived a few days later and after he examined the roof and reported to me with pictures to show the roof condition. He returned with a full portfolio explaining all of my options, including info on my skylights and recommend that I be in touch with the manufacturer to make sure the skylights were still good. The crew were very courteous, and respectful of my property. They cleaned up and the classical music was an added bonus. They were great, the only thing in their way was mother nature.

Solutions for Ice Damming
During the winter our house experienced some issues with ice dams - thick ridges of ice that built up along the eaves, causing water to back up and pour into the attic and family room. I arranged a meeting at the house with Shay to have a look at the roof and attic, and learned that the house needed better ventilation and insulation, among other things. We had a second meeting where Shay presented two proposals to fix the ice damming. I liked that he gave two options for fixing the roof: one "good" and one "better". Each proposal featured new plywood, shingles, ventilation and insulation, however the second proposal included spray foam insulation instead of blown-in insulation. I also liked that the quote he provided was very detailed and professional (another quote I received was handwritten), and included proper specifications. For example the quote specified that all the work would we done according to the criteria of the National Roofers Association. The price I was quoted was competitive with another quote that I received. Everything was well organized on the day the work began, with the delivery of the materials and the arrival of the insulation timed perfectly. When unexpected events occurred, I was happy how Integrity worked with me to figure out a solution. Shay was unable to track down a "ridge vent" that we had included in the contract so we agreed to install a "maxi vent" instead and for me this was an acceptable solution. Also he included some aluminum work above the patio doors at no additional cost. After the work was completed, Shay dropped by to inspect the work and confirm that it was done to my satisfaction. We noted a minor concern (some unsightly wood showing at the corner of the roof) so Shawn came by the next day to cap the wood with aluminum to give it a more finished look. Integrity Roofers is a great company all around, from the admin staff to the work crew to the owner. I would definitely hire the company again if more work is needed on the roof.

Roofing
We would like to tell about our experience with Integrity Roofers. We got our roof done over a year ago with Integrity Roofers. Last week during the heavy wind and rain, we had water coming in through the ceiling and phoned Integrity Roofers to find out where the water was coming from. Spoke to Yulia who sent Shawn to investigate. He found the problem right away and came the next day (a Saturday) to fix it. Shawn told us to call him back if we still experienced any more problems. We were very pleased with the results, as during the next rains the roof did not leak. We highly recommend Integrity Roofers to anyone thinking of replacing their roof. They really stand behind their name.

Roofing
I highly recommend Integrity Roofers ( Shay and Shawn and his team). I had a portion of my roof reshingled and a skylight replaced and they were prompt, professional and did a quality job. They will give you a competitive quote and explain exactly what needs to be done properly and will do it correctly. Stan in Thornhill

Re-shinge roof and a sign of true integrity in their work!
After giving Integrity Roofers a call because of a leaking roof, Shawn came over and gave me the cost for a reasonable cost for the fix. But after some discussion, we decided to replace our aging roof. His team came over as soon as the weather allowed and did a great job on the fix, communicating and cleanup. Now here is the most amazing part. After the work was done, Shawn calls me up and tells me they made a mistake and overcharged me for the materials due to a miscalculation. As a result, they took 1K off the final bill! Integrity Roofers is their name and it’s appropriate. I feel like many other contractors out there would have just pocketed the difference and I can tell you I would not have noticed. They truly have Integrity!
