I contacted Rapid Pest Control to help me remove two hornet’s nest from the top of my house. I was visited the same day I called for a consultation and then a few hours later for service. I guess that’s why they’re called Rapid. Great service.

We contacted Imran last year when we found mice in our basement. He was prompt and professional in taking care of our issue. His price was very competitive. He was very thorough when going through our home and placing the poison boxes. He returned to seal up some of the entry areas. This year we found that the mice had chewed a new entry location. Imran returned at no extra charge as he was honouring his 1 year guarantee. Again he was prompt, professional and extremely thorough in restocking all of the poison boxes in multiple locations throughout our home. I would not hesitate to recommend Imran and Rapid Pest Control.

We were greatly satisfied with the service! We moved from an apartment that was severely infested with roaches and found a couple in our new home. Imran came in on a weekend and offered a thorough service that would ensure that the roaches were completely eliminated. The service was extremely effective. He even followed up a couple months later after I had noticed one roach. I called and spoke to Imran on a Sunday afternoon about a large wasps nest in our garden shed. He came right away on the Monday, calling a few minutes before to tell me he was on his way. He arrived on time and and cleared a basketball sized wasps nest out of our shed. He was professional and thorough. He checked and found a second next and cleared it out as well. I'd highly recommend him!

The owner, Imaran, came promptly. Extremely courtous gentleman, very knowledgeable of bed bugs, their life cycle, control measures, and properties of agents used (and very knowledgeable of other pests as well). He was very friendly with all occupants and explained them all aspects of procedures very well, and made them feel very comfortable. Asked us to prepare the entire condo and his team completed the treatment promptly. Explined all necessary followup measures and checked with us several times to make sure we are comfortable. Came back in a month and did a follow up treatment of the entire condo free of charge. Extremely satisfied with the work. This company is very professional, courteous and prompt.
