I called for mouse extermination and received prompt and efficient service. Imran came back often to ensure that the job was done.. He gave good advice and was very knowledgable. I will recommend Rapid Pest control to my friends and family.

I recently moved into my first home & after a few weeks, noticed some bites on myself that were definitely not mosquito bites! When I woke up one night - I actually found a bug on the side of my bed and I was really upset. I called Rapid Pest Control and discussed what have been going on with Imran first thing the next morning, and he made an appointment with me that very same day for an inspection. He was very punctual. I was devastated that my new home had a bed bug infestation but he managed to calm me down and after a lot of preparation (following his instructions) - he arrived that Saturday morning and looked after getting rid of them for me that weekend. My 2 week follow up has just taken place and he did a very thorough inspection of my entire home once again & it looks like my problem has been taken care of. I would totally recommend this company if you have this issue...he was very informative about the situation and thoroughly explained how he would look after the problem, very supportive, and truly calmed my fears. Imran has a lot of experience, and does know his business very well. At first we were skeptical because after baiting we could still see ants merrily frolicking, but Imran assured us that it will take a little time for the bait to work, and sure enough, the ants totally disappeared. Sorry Imran for questioning your expertise, and thank you for your excellent service.

We had a wasp problem at the front of our house going in between the brick and siding. We tried getting rid of them with wasp sprays, but they did not work. I called Rapid Pest Control and Imran was here within the hour! Other companies were anywhere from a week to 3 weeks wait. Took care of the problem quickly and an hour later I'm not seeing any wasps. I highly recommend Rapid Pest Control!

Imran knows his business. On his first visit he sprayed the perimeter of the house to ensure no ants ventured inside, and spread bait throughout the backyard. He told me there would be monthly follow ups. Sure enough, at the appointed day and time, he was at my door to make the second application of bait. Throughout the process, he explained what he was doing and why. For instance, why he did not spread bait under the deck ( the ants would avoid the bait after spraying) . I highly recommend Imran for his honesty, reliability and knowledge. As a bonus, he is a genuinely nice guy.

I have dealt with all kinds of trades professionals in the past 20 years and Imran is by far the most honest, professional, responsible, and reliable. He paid three visits for the service but politely declined my offer to pay him extra. I will most definitely contact him for any future service. Here is what happened. I noticed a big hole dug beside the composter (by skunk as I later found out) with bees hovering it. I called Imran because of the excellent reviews. Imran showed up right away, treated the area and came back again to removed the buried beehive. When I tried to clear the area during long weekend I called Imran again and found out he was out of town. Much to my surprise, he showed up later just to make sure I was comfortable to remove the composter although he knew everything was fine. Thank you Imran!

When I discovered all the damage that moths had done at my house, I had no idea what to do. Thank goodness I found Imran! I was able to speak to him directly late in the evening on a weeknight. He is a great communicator - easy to reach and quick to respond. His thoroughness quickly put my mind at ease. I have been very happy with his plan of action for my problem. He is reliable and knowledgeable. I would gladly recommend him to anyone.

We had wasps congregating above our front door - getting into cracks between bricks. Imran, from Rapid Pest Control, came at the appointed time and dealt with 2 wasps nest quickly and effectively for me. They were under my deck. I would recommend him to others.

Imran's service was very fast. I called in the morning. He was here within an hour and the problem was over by supper time. He returned as promised a month later right on schedule. Imran knows what he is doing and does what he says. I am very pleased.
