I cannot believe how responsive, efficient, and effective yet very affordable Rapid Pest Control is! I called and left a message because he was busy at another job and had a response within the next hour. We set up an appointment and shortly after no more bugs! He informed me of why and how the bugs potentially got there, very knowledgable, who could ever know so much about such vile insects! I would highly recommend friends or family in need of extermination! Thanks a bunch!

We struggled with bedbugs for few months. I tried a couple of products to kill these suckers which did not work after which I tried a professional company in Guelph who did a chemical treatment after which I stopped seeing bed bugs for a couple of days. I started seeing bedbugs again 2-3 days after spray. I called that tech again who did spray once again but of no result. I lost faith on ability of that tech./company and started looking for some other option. Then one of my family friends in London suggested me Rapid Pest control for bed bugs control. Imran a well mannered gentleman sounded very knowledgeful and confident at the time he came first time to do inspection. He suggested steam treatment followed by chemical treatment. The way he explained everything to me was very convincing. I agreed to suggested treatment and Imran did a thorough job after which we did not witness any bedbugs activity. Imran stopped by after two weeks to make sure that every thing is fine. Despite our “all OK” report he inspected our bedroom once again for his own satisfaction. I did not see this kind of dedication and professionalism before. I would recommend Imran (Rapid Pest Control) very strongly for bedbugs control. Only one thing I was not happy about Rapid Pest Control was its price which sounded a little higher but now I can say satisfactorily that It worth it.

Top marks in all categories: fast response to my initial and follow-up inquiries. Very accommodating when scheduling, made it easy for us. Obviously very knowledgeable. Treatment was effective - immediate results. Highly recommended.

I am pretty satisfied witht the rapid service that I recieved, I was having prolems with ants at my business place. I called several different companies and left messages for them to call me bsck with the prices and info . But I didnt hear back from anyone rightaway. But when I called Rapid Pest Control, he was very professional and listen to my problem 1st and advised me his in the area and can drop by my business and can give me no obligation quote. I liked his service so much I signed up an annual contract and i will strongly and highly recomend rapid pest control. I am only recommending this company because they solved my problem instantly . Imran who is the owner and operator was very professional and honest.
