Here is why, our policies, and guidelines are straightforward, and hassle free, on every call with our clients we discuss, and agree on the service fee of $110+tax( our company policy ), and we will waive the fee if the client permits us to successfully resolve the issue, and upfront pricing of our services, which is done before we dispatch our plumbing technician, and almost all of our clients favor, and approve our policies, and guidelines. When our plumber arrived at your property, he had explained to you, and your landlord clearly about the steps to be taken, and the costs of the job before snaking the sewage pipe, all parties confidently agreed and, in addition most of our snaking is solved within 10-20 minutes. While our plumbing firm practices, and provides the highest quality service with state of the art plumbing, and drain equipment, we cannot comment on any other plumbing firm's work beside our own. Our job is to resolve the issue at hand with the best of our plumber's expert knowledge garnered throughout the years, and if he is not able to resolve the issue we immediately advise, and recommend alternative plumbing entities to resolve the issue, and then we collect our minimum service fee. It is always our firm's open policy to repeat, and notify the minimum service fee to our clients, so it may not seem to be a surprise charge on them. Our plumbing technician according to his expert knowledge, and experience analyzed, and procreated a solution, but it was unsuccessful, as a plumbing firm we cannot possibly resolve every single case, or task that we encounter, and rather become overly smart, and risky in further continuing to snake the sewage pipe, which can damage our own property, and equipment, and further cause damage to our clients sewage pipe, so we rather do what we effectively can to resolve, or neutralize the effects of the deficiency, and leave our clients property's plumbing, and drain systems alone without causing any incremental harm, or damage to any person, or property, so which was all the decisions made by our expert plumbing technicians.
