    took advantage of the emergency of my situation

    tried to charge me 12 thousand, it was after I paid 7 thousand five hundred that I realized that this was even too much. It was a while before I was given a bill, and I could see by the bill that the job had been greatly exaggerated to Warrent such a cost

    Dear client, Following your request for an estimate to replace the underground water service pipe, our plumber confirmed a leak on your property, while the City initially could not shut off the curb valve, they eventually did. We quoted $11,500 + HST, but since the City did not authorize their portion , we credited $2,875 + HST, adjusting the invoice to 8,625 +HST. You paid $8,000 leaving $1,746.25 open balance. The Job was complex: a 36ft crawl space, frozen ground needing jackhammering, deep torpedo drilling, and a 2 hours spent flushing debris caused by the City-$700 in labor not billed. Despite harsh conditions and added work, we completed the job in 2 days with no extra charges, we believe the invoice is fair and reflects the difficulty. Please reach out with any questions.     Basement drain clog

    We had a potentially serious basement drain backup developing. Everest responded quickly and Indra arrived the same day as our call. As he worked on the diagnostic he kept me informed and was sure I saw the problem clearly as he offered details on what had happened and the steps to do the repair. He was upfront about the costs for each step that might be needed to solve the problem. Indra had to return the next morning with an intern as the equipment necessary was very heavy and had to be carried down three flights of stairs. When the system was flushed, he was sure to show me the results while offering suggestions to prevent the same issue again in our 45-year-old home with clay pipe running to the street sewer. Indra cleaned up three drains involved very thoroughly when he was done. The bill was exactly as quoted. Indra was transparent in all his interactions answering all my questions patiently. His main objective was for me to understand and trust the problem and solutions. I confidently would contact Everest if I have problems in the future. Good, honest, and trustworthy companies can be hard to find in any business and I believe Everest is one of them.

    Bathroom Fixture replacement

    I recently phoned Everest Drains and Plumbing and spoke with Ken. I needed to fix a bathroom fixture in my Toronto condo. I couldn't suggest Ken strongly enough from the moment I arranged an appointment. The client service was excellent. The staff were polite, professional, and willing to assist.     Great experience with Everest

    Ive had the absolute worst luck with plumbers. Ive been in my house nearly twenty years and in that time I havent had a single, reliable plumber. They dont show up, they ignore text and voicemail messages, they try to upsell me and/or are just generally incompetent. I contacted Everest Drain and Plumbing based on the great customer reviews on both Google and Homestars. Suraj was able to come the next morning. I had a few different plumbing issues of various prioritiesthe main being a kitchen sink that wouldnt drain properly. I thought If Im lucky, hell be able to fix two or three of the issues, but probably not all of them. I was wrong. Suraj was amazing. Very friendly, professional and he resolved each and every one of my plumbing problems. Im not exaggerating to say that I was in a mild state of shock. Twenty years of terrible luck with plumbers will do that. I couldnt be more pleased at how great Suraj handled everything. Everest is definitely going to be my go-to plumbing company from now on.

    Helped solve an issue at the condo

    Out tenant, who has zero handy skills at all, had a problem in the condo where "water was leaking from the toilet." They couldn't articulate anything more than that. Turns out it was an extremely simple fix in changing out the braided supply line and one part in the tank. A 30 minute job (and that's generous!) and $40 worth of parts (also generous). Everest came very quickly, identified the the issue and fixed it. Was charged $380 + tax which seemed a bit high to me for the labour and parts but I do recognize that you're paying for the expertise of the trade, their equipment, etc so I can't say I'm really upset at all. I appreciate them coming out and resolving for me. Service was great and I'd use them again.

    Good service

    I had a sewage backup emergency at home and called Everest Drain & Plumbing. They sent a plumber who arrived within an hour. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and quickly solved the problem. Thank you, Everest, for your amazing service! Highly recommend for prompt and excellent service.

    Helpful customer service

    I hired Everest for a plumbing job in my kitchen sink. The company provided excellent customer service and I am satisfied with the result. Nimesh in particular was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help me. Thank you.

    Drain cleaning

    Were fast and efficient had trouble cleaning clog but Everest was able to help out and cleaned it out in no to E would recommend to friends and family

    Burst Pipe Repair

    I recently had a burst pipe in my upstairs bathroom, the timing couldn't have been worse; it was on a Saturday of a long weekend. I started phoning around to find a plumber who could respond to an emergency flood. Since the water had travelled along the electrical wiring and down to the basement, it was extremely urgent to hsve the plumbing repaired, so the electrician could restore the power. Fortunately Indra answered his phone and was at my residence within an hour of my call. He arrived assessed the situation and set about repairing the burst pipe, replacing the shut off valve and draining and restoring the system. He was prompt, efficient and very accommodating I would definitely recommend Indra and Everest Plumbing; I appreciate them responding so swiftly to my emergency. Thank you!
