Ice maker was not working properly. Jessie replaced the ice maker, water valve and line. He answered my call, came the next day on time, and was clean and courteous. Problem solved in one hour and it was a pleasure. I will definitely call Jessie again if I have any issues with my subzero.

Fridge side was not cooling properly. I contacted a dealer they sent out a service person, who found the problem. After several delays and parts needing to be ordered in I contacted this company. Called at 10:00 am, spoke to Jessie, told him the issue with the fridge and ask when they could get the parts and fix it. He said they had the parts and could start at 3:00 pm... 5:00 pm fridge fixed. Professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Would use them again. TB

Company fix my fridge after diagnostic the problem changing the mother or computer board, It took like 2 hours but finally Freezer start cooling properly. Very good service, reliable and professional, Cost me much higher than expected. Ask for estimates and repair options before start any procedure.

Jesse is absolutely amazing. My subzero started beeping in the middle of the night and no amount of troubleshooting could fix it or even turn off the alarm! I called Jesse based in the stellar reviews and also because I counted in the fact that since he only serviced subzero, that he would have any part I needed without ordering it. He showed up within hours of me calling, diagnosed the problem immediately (busted computer board) and had the part in his truck! The charges were reasonable especially considering the speed he arrived, $760 (plus hst) including the new computer board and labour. I checked online after and the part alone sells for over $450 so I'm very pleased. Thank you!
