My Sub Zero fridge suddenly started making a loud, horrible "burring" noise. Of course it was Friday night, and the fridge was full of food ... we had to turn it off because the noise was so bad. We took a chance and called Sub Zero Fridge Repair Toronto and spoke to Jessie. We turned the fridge on, so that he could hear the noise. He immediately said that there was something in the freezer that was interfering with the operation of a fan. We opened the freezer, re-arranged some of the food, closed the freezer and the noise stopped like magic. Several hours later, the fridge is still operating without any noise. We can't say enough about Jessie expertise in diagnosing the problem without even seeing the fridge! We will be sure to contact Jessie again whenever we need service on our Sub Zero.

Until - of course - it broke down. I initially called a competitor I had used before, but found the two week wait for their next appointment unacceptable. I searched Homestars and found these people. They understand the meaning of service. From the intake call to the same day appointment took 5 hours. Jessie - the technician was competent, fast and Freddie - that's the fridge - is working again. This is now my subzero repair supplier of choice.

Repair person came to my house the same day I called! Very polite. Knew exactly what was wrong and had the parts with him.

My Subzero freezer had water dripping. I tried to take out the kick board and clean it. As the freezer door was opened for quite some time, it stopped working. Even after restarting it, it did not work. So I called Subzero Appliance Repair and Jesse came to repair it. He arrived about two hours after I called. He quickly diagnosed the problems and repaired them by replacing two parts. The freezer was working fine afterwards. I appreciate Jesse’s quick response and professional service.

I called Jessie in a panic as my Sub Zero Refrigerator's Freezer had suddenly stopped working. Jessie was so patient, kind and professional as he guided me through several "checks" in order to diagnose the problem. He quickly identified what was wrong and put in place what needed to be done. I definitely recommend Jessie. He is honest, kind and very knowledgeable about Sub Zeros. Definitely a gentleman I will turn to in the future.

24 year old Sub Zero was not cooling properly and ice was building up on the inside back. Looked on line and this company got good reviews. Called the number, got quick response and Jesse came when promised, the next day. Quickly diagnosed there was a leak in the fridge section, no Freon and we needed a new evaporator. He had the part and had it installed and a new controller in 2 hours and recharged. Fridge now working properly. Jesse was knowledgeable, efficient and technically capable. Prices fair
