I posted a small job on homestars and Javid responded immediately. He gave me advice along the way through text and phone (even before hiring him). When I was ready for the job he came promptly, kept the area clean and I couldn't be happer with the outcome.

Javid of City Vacuum did an amazing job of responding quickly to our call when our central vac stopped working. He came over in the evening within an hour of our call, and before the night was over we had a new and functioning central vac installed. We were extremely pleased with his service, this professionalism, and his kind and respectful approach with his customers. We are pleased with the new CanaVac central vac that Javid installed which is working well and much more powerful than our previous vacuum, but it's his excellent customer services that stands out the most, and the reason we are giving him 10/10 Stars. By HomeStars rating, I called out to City Vaccum after my central vacume stopping to run. Javid responsed my call quickly in friendly and patient way to understand my issue and concerns. Next morning, as planed, he arrived on time. Through his service, I enjoyed his respectful, professinal and efficient communication and work - fixing my vacume unit with new electrical brush contracts replacing old worn-out filter and re-conditioning low voltage line contact on the unit. I am very happy with his service and highly recommend City Vacuum for your vacuum needs. Thank you Mr. Javid!

ON TIME ARRIVAL - PROFESSIONAL INSTALLATION WITH MINIMUM BENDS - JAVID ENJOYED DOING HIS JOB AND WELCOMED SUGGESTIONS

Found Javid through Home Stars and called to have my parents central vacuum hose assessed as it was not working properly. Javid quickly called me back and invited me to his home business so that he could take a look and see what was wrong. After just a few minutes, Javid was able to confirm he could fix the issue for them, as opposed to just replacing it with a new one. He replaced the defective switch and also replaced the worn out belt inside the beater bar. I was so impressed with the honesty displayed by Javid that I scheduled an appointment for him to come to my parents home and inspect their system completely as I felt it was not working properly. The next day he arrived and not only did Javid service and clean my parents central vacuum, he replaced 2 worn out inlets as he found through his testing that the seals were worn out, causing pressure leaks. He also took the time to re-route the piping as my parents basement is going through a full renovation and did that with ease. After everything was done, he walked is through to show the difference and we were amazed with how well the system was operating. Honest, whole-hearted customer service these days is not what it used to be. Javid on the other hand, went above and beyond to take care of my parents and I am grateful for his service. Same day service -vacuum had no suction -fixed the problem and serviced the equipment. Very efficient.

Noticing an issue with one of the outlets, I reached out to Javid after seeing the reviews on HomeStars. He was at our place the same day and quickly identified the issue and replaced the clogged tubing in the garage. Extremely knowledgeable and thorough in his work and a pleasure to deal with.

I needed a central vacuum outlet on main floor, Javid did that professionally and also added another in the garage for nominal additional price. He also redid the piping to the vacuum to provide better suction at no extra cost.
