I reached out to Javid after reading rave reviews and he did not disappoint. He responded quickly and provided great, honest and efficient service to a person who knows nothing about central vac system. He could have sold me a brand new unit yet he took his time examining and offered a very reasonable solution to get many more years out of my existing system. Highly recommend Javids service.

Javid was extremely honest, very thorough and an absolute pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend him for his excellent professionalism, dependability, and for reaching the highest standards of my expectations. I have an old central vacuum and it stopped turning on. I spoke to Javid over the phone at first, fully expecting him to tell me that I would need to replace it. However, he first suggested that it may simply need to be serviced. He was available within a short timeframe and indeed, he was able to replace a small part and fixed my old vacuum perfectly. I was very impressed that Javid carries his extra parts with him and brings them to the initial appointments, making his service convenient and efficient! He is very thorough in his diagnosis and fixing of the problem. Javid was so professional as he cleaned up the workspace, and even went the extra mile to detail my central vac. He even swept dust and cobwebs off of the walls surrounding the central vac. canister. I truly wish more service people were as great as Javid!

Javid was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was quick to respond to my inquiries and did a professional job in installing my central vacuum in the garage. He tested all outlets to ensure they are in good working order. I would definitely recommend his service.

We had 2 outlets installed in our partially finished basement. After we posted on HomeStars, Javid responded quickly and was willing to do the job the very same day. He did a clean professional job and demonstrated his expertise in this area. We were pleased when the installations were completed.

We had a fantastic time with Javid. We contacted City Vacuum about moving a central vacuum outlet to the opposite wall. Javid discussed the details over the phone and provided a reasonable quote. He returned to our house the next day and completed the work. Javid was extremely pleasant and professional. He was efficient in finishing the job; everything was completed quickly and cleanly. Even though the work took longer than he expected, he didn't charge anything extra and honoured the quote we discussed over the phone. I would wholeheartedly recommend him to our friends and family.

What a great experience! We reached out to City Vacuum on Homestars about installing a central vac outlet in our unfinished basement. Javid was willing to come to our home within less than 24 hours. Javid was friendly, professional and fair. Here are some of the things he did that really impressed us: - communication as easy and clear and constant - expectations about timeframe and cost were given early and were accurate - efficiency in completing the job, everything was done quickly and cleanly - friendly, it was a pleasure spending time with Javid Highly recommend him to our friends/family. Javid is a very professional and straight forward guy. His expertise shows in his work. I had to get my central vacuum relocated and it seemed tricky. Even my contractor who was then renovating the basement said this can't be done. I was not hopeful but spoke to Javid and he was ready to visit on the same day. In few min he made out a way and then said this can be done and he did it flawlessly. A real problem solver.
