We wanted to relocate our central vacuum from the garage. Based on a house visit, Javid provided us with excellent options to consider with a range of prices that would meet the objectives that we had described. We chose to move the central vacuum unit to the inside of the house and are extremely happy with our new quiet unit - our central vacuum has never worked this well in the over 20 years we have lived in the house. Highly recommend Javid; everything you hope for in a contractor - honest, on time, great thoughtful options based on customer needs, excellent execution and a pleasure to work with.

Due to a previous Contractor's error, my central vacuum was having poor suction. City Vacuum was able to detect the problem quickly, and did a very good maintenance and repair of the unit. Javid was very professional. He was on time and was very polite. He explained to me, exactly how to take care to the CV unit and what to look out for when using the unit. Excellent Job, Javid!

City Vacuum is a very reliable, professional vacuum service. We recently had city vacuum install a CanaVac system and we absolutely love it! The system itself has disposable bags instead of the drum so maintenance of the unit is very easy. Javid provides excellent customer service and always makes himself available for any questions even AFTER full payment. A unique quality in today's market. We highly recommend City Vacuum and have passed Javid's name on to many of our friends and family.

We had a 30-year old central vac that had stopped giving much suction, even after the bag was emptied. Javid came within a few days of our call and checked the pipes, clearing out some debris with his equipment. He listened to the old motor and recommended replacing it. We agreed. Job was done quickly and cleanly.

Javid was professional, on time, courteous and of course fixed the issue. We didn’t know why our central vac wasn’t working and Javid explained to me what to do going forward to ensure the clogging issues don’t happen in the future.

I was looking to install central vacuum and I submitted service request on HomeStars. I received multiple calls and received quotes. Most of the installers provided me with quotes with minimum cost and maximum cost. No one wants to come and look at my house provide exact cost but Javid from City Vacuum called me and asked me if I am going to be available for him to come see the house in order to provide exact cost. He came and helped with picking the right vaccines for my home. Also, we have the finished basement however he made little damage to the drywall and helped us install new central vacuum. We had to have a central vac installed and the staff was prompt, professional, informative, and fair. The technician even went advice and beyond to help us fix our clogged portable vac free of charge. Our central vac now runs quiet and efficient.

My home's central vacuum system's suction power is at very low level (Must be something clogs). He did the magic in short time by removing clogs of the central vacuum of my home and now the suction power is so powerful like new. Highly recommended!

I moved into a house with a 25 year old Central Vac. Javid tested the existing unit in hopes of fixing it. He showed me the motor, it was clearly toast.
