From start to finish it was a pleasure working with Javid. He responded to my online inquiry the same day and came to my house the next day to provide me with an estimate to install central vac in my home which has never had central vac. He carefully measured and said it could be done with minimal mess. The following week it was installed by Javid himself and he did an excellent job. No patching required. He explained everything to me prior to cutting any holes and did a fabulous job. I highly recommend City Vacuum and will refer them whenever possible. A great family business and a very satisfied customer.

Javid was really responsive and scheduled us in right away. He quickly assessed the problem and laid out the options. When weighing repair vs. new vacuum it was clear that a new vacuum made the most sense. It was great that he had what we needed on hand. I really appreciate that it was taken care of and didn't require a trip to a store or another appointment. Javid is also very friendly. I would definitely recommend them.

We are so glad to have found this place!! We went to City Vacuum after countless times having gone to another vacuum place in Markham with no results at this other place. The City Vacuum owner identified the problem immediately and fixed the problem with a fair price. He was so helpful and knowledgeable and my vacuum works great. He was amazing and we will never go anywhere else. He knows his stuff and is very courteous! We highly recommend City Vacuum!!!

Javid from City Vacuum was great to work with. We had a bit of a challenging installation project in our new home, as the central vac rough-in had been dry-walled over top of. He knew exactly what he was doing and was able to find one of the lines behind the wall and run a second line where he couldn't get access. I needed someone knowledgeable, confident and trustworthy and he was just that. I would highly recommend him.

Our central vacuum system had no suction. We visited the City Vacuum store on Saturday afternoon. Javid reviewed our concerns, discussed new systems and booked an appointment for the next day, Sunday. Javid called ahead to confirm the appointment and arrived promptly. He located the blockage, cleared & checked each outlet and reviewed options and costs for repairs and for buying new. We decided to have him replace several worn outlets and install a new system with more power and a better filter. Javid came prepared and was able to complete the repairs, service and installation without delay or added trips. We had a new system within the hour. Friendly service, gave us options, and let us decide. We would recommend this store for new buys and continuing service.

Javid arrived on time, and I found him to be very honest and sincere, and he was also very friendly, courteous and professional, with an extremely pleasant demeanour. He repaired my machine...to my surprise, as I thought I would need a new unit. After his diagnostics, he actually found some blockages in the lines, and after he did some maintenance and clearing of the lines, the unit is working like new. I would highly recommend Javid, and his company. His sticker is now on my machine...for future needs. Thanks Javid.

Javid (City Vacuum) was referred by my neighbor. Called yesterday and show up today. Very punctual, very polite. Explain very step he is doing. My issues was the host couldn’t turn on/off the system. Thought it was the circuit board issue but turn out to be one of the wall plug was too old. Javid even did a tuneup and replace the motor bush. thank you for his service.

Bought a new house and was looking to have a central vac installed. I phoned around to serveral places. City Vacuum was the last. Javid was the most informative. He went over the pros and cons of different systems. He went over motor requirements for a house with multiple pets. It turned out his prcing was excellent. He was able to book the install the very next day, no waiting period. He was prompt and reliable. He walked me through the install step by step. There was no mess. He was extremely honest and said my existing beater brush was fine. I went back two days later and bought some accessories from him. I would highly recommend him, and if I move again I will be using him.

Our central vac just didn't work properly. After 20 years, not surprised, assumed we needed to replace it, but Javid saved us $$$$ with prompt, courteous, efficient service. Wow! He's at 815 Major Mackenzie E. now.

I had a blockage in my central vacuum pipe. I scheduled an appointment with Javid, on April 10, 2019. He was very professional and super polite, he kept me informed every step of he way. He removed the blockage, cleaned out all the pipes and checked the whole system. I was very happy with the service and Javid's professionalism. I will use Javis from City Vacuum again, and definitely refer him to friends and family.
