Both my shingle and flat roof were leaking into my house. I called Mark and he came to my house the next day. He stopped both the leaks for the quoted price. He was efficient and cleaned up after he finished. I will definitely hire him to replace both of my roofs when required. I would highly recommend them to anyone I know. Thank you again Mark.

Mark and his crew replaced the eaves on our home downtown Toronto. Communication with the company was very good. After speaking to Mark's father by phone, Mark stopped by to take a look at our home and provide a quote. It was immediately obvious that Mark was very knowledgeable and committed to doing the job right. Since the replacement of our eaves was not urgent, we locked in for the next available opening (a month or two later). On the day of the job, Mark and his crew were very punctual. Mark showed us what would be done and they got to it. Some additional work was required due to extremely rotten fascia and poor workmanship from previous contractors, however, the team still got everything done within the day: a 10-hour day (they cleaned up in the dark) and one of our first really cold ones. Mark went the extra mile to attempt to repair a problematic area in our flat roof. All members of the crew were friendly and polite. Our property was spotless after they left. We would definitely recommend hiring Ontario Downspout Service.

Mark and his team did an excellent job with our roof installation! Leading up to the install, Mark and Harvey took the time to answer our questions and, more importantly, provided sound, level-headed and honest advice for something that we had little previous experience with. They explained to us the different options available as well as the characteristics of the shingle we would be receiving, together with the particulars of the warranty. On the day of the job, the crew showed up on time (early even!); Mark was on site from the start and throughout the day. Before unloading anything, they took care to communicate what they would be doing, ensuring that our property (and our neighbours') would be protected during the removal of the old shingles. The crew worked diligently and efficiently, and I felt a lot of confidence knowing the Mark was on-site throughout while we were not. The job was finished in a timely way, and the quality of the work was excellent. When I arrived home, although I'm sure there was a lot of mess, the driveway and surrounding area were honestly cleaner than when I left it. There were countless ways that Mark and his team went above and beyond; for example, a part of our soffit was hanging loose and I pointed it out to one of the roofers just asking them if they could check it out; when I got home, I saw that it was re-secured in place perfectly. Home renovations can be stressful, so it was really important for us to work with someone who we felt we could trust and rely on.
