    Replaced eavestrough and downspout disconnect

    We recently replaced the eavestrough and disconnected the downspouts of our home. The end-to-end process was well managed by the father and son team, Harvey Stone and Mark Stone. The process started with Harvey Stone responding very quickly to our inquiry and he visited us and provided advice and an estimate, which we accepted. The installation was managed by Mark Stone and his crew, who went to work immediately and I could see their professionalism and attention to detail in what they were doing. They left the impression they were committed to doing a perfect job and ensuring customer satisfaction. Mark and his crew succeeded. My wife and I are very pleased with the quality of their work. This afternoon we had a thunderstorm and their work held up well. Keep up the good work, and thank you Harvey, Mark and the crew for a job well-done.

    Soffits, eaves, downspout replacement

    I cannot recommend Ontario Downspout Service (ODS) highly enough. It is a father-son business and offers a personal, client-focused touch. Harvey, the father, came to give us an estimate on a Saturday, the day after I connected ODS through HomeStars; ODS was the only company out of the several I contacted to get back to me within 3-4 days. ODS was also the only company who showed up for the estimate on time, and one of only two who could give me the quote at the end of the site visit (the rest took 2-5 business days later). Mark, the son, came to do the two-day install with his crew. They were all exceedingly polite, professional, and punctual. The quality of the work is superb, and the new soffits, eaves, and downspouts completely transformed the curb appeal of my house. Mark always sought my input for any decisions that had to be made, and was thorough in explaining different options and their pros and cons. I would definitely use ODS again and recommend them to my friends and family.

    eavestroughs and downspouts

    My wife and I found Mark and Harvey very easy to deal with. They stood by their product and they showed excellent customer service and care. They performed admirably in replacing all our eavestroughs and downspouts. Their service is top notch and they completed all the work in a quick, neat and timely manner. I would not hesitate to recommend them for any future roofing or eavestrough work. A job very well done. They even did the flashing on the peak over our garage and frontage in a "step fashion". By doing so, it improved the look of the house, and appears to be the only house in the neighbourhood that has such a look! Thanks for your efforts. Lloyd and Randi

    Downspout Disconnection and Eavestrough Replacement

    Mark and his crew are excellent! Easy to communicate with, friendly, informative, fair priced, and VERY professional. My house needed to have the downspouts disconnected and select eavestroughs replaced. Mark was prompt in coming to inspect my house, he was honest in informing me what needed to be done, he never once pushed for anything that would be unnecessary, and he gave me a fair price. The day Mark and his crew arrived to do the work, they got the job done efficiently, cleaned up afterwards, and left everything nice and tidy. I'm very satisfied with them and I highly recommend their service to everyone!

    Replacement of eavestroughs and downspouts (plus a small roof job)

    Mark and Harvey were both professional, great to deal with and good communicators. Harvey came out promptly for the quote, reviewed different options with me and helped me arrive at the best option for our house/budget without any pressure or sales tactics. The quote was also very reasonable, especially against some of the others I received. Mark and his crew arrived on time. In less than a day they replaced all of the eavestroughs, two downspouts (including one that had been horribly run before and is now 1000% better), repaired and re-shingled the small back roof (9x6) and made sure everything was perfectly cleaned up. He ensured at the end of the day that everything was done to our satisfaction and encouraged us to get in touch if there were any issues. Great company to work with.

    Complete Gutter Replacement; 3 story house

    Harvey and his crew arrived early as promised to work on our large, 3 story replacement job, plus separate garage. Considering I'm a fussy customer, the job was completed in 12 hours (same day) to very exacting standards. Harvey, when estimating, made excellent recommendations to ensure a first class outcome. Their aluminum work, including new wrapped fascias, was flawless, as was their cleanup. A knowledgeable, reliable, and friendly group. Couldn't ask for more!

    Eaves and roof

    Very happy with the professionalism shown by Mark and his crew. Originally started with downspouts, but got a call, roof old and not safe. Did a fantastic job. very happy. Cleaned up no issues.

    Eavestroughs and Downspouts

    I phoned a few companies listed on Homestars requesting a quote for our eaves troughs and downspouts. Mark was the only one who answered promptly and we set up an appointment. He was able to address all our concerns and never tried to oversell. We are very happy with what we chose. Thanks for the great job.

    Gutters and Eavestroughs

    Mark and his team did a fantastic job. They were thorough, professional, and worked extremely efficiently. Mark explained all the options we had, and did not push any unnecessary frills. I most definitely, and highly recommend Ontario Downspout Service!

    Great service, pleasure to work with
