    Emergency gutter reroute and redesign

    Mark and team responded immediately to my call. They redesigned my side gutters taking into account a difficult slope and prioritized the fix in their schedule. Professional and great quality work.

    Townhouse Flat Roof and Scupper Replacement

    Mark and his team at Ontario Downspout Service (ODS) are true professionals. My wife and I had been living through a nightmare scenario with our rooftop terrace which had leaked through all 4 floors of our townhouse. We had repeatedly tried to fix our leak over the previous year with other contractors to no avail. We engaged ODS to replace our flat roof membrane and scupper which had been the source of the leak. Mark navigated a very complex scenario with adjoining neighbours to install our new roof. ODS even installed a custom scupper that allowed for increased water volume. We have had heavy rainfall since then and our water issues are finally solved. Thanks Mark for saving us!

    Excellent, Professional Service and Great Gutters

    First and foremost, the new gutters look great and are a needed upgrade. Mark and Harvey were attentive, respectful, courteous and prompt. They under promised and over delivered. I wish all service experiences were like this. I already asked them back in late fall for an inspection and cleanup.

    Flat Roof & 6” Eaveatroughs

    I had a flat roof leaking terribly. I called Mark and he came right away to do an emergency service repair. He then came back and replaced the entire flat roof and all of the eaves. He was on time every day and the work was done meticulously. Its clear hes a master. Thank you Ontario Downspout.

    Eaves Troughs and porch roof

    Mark was amazing from start to finish. He recognized right away that my flat roof needed replacement and that the eaves troughs were in very bad shape. He came immediately to complete the work as I was having leaks every time it rained. His team was polite and courteous. They worked 12 hours straight to get the job done. The clean up was also remarkable. I would highly recommend this company! Thank you Ontario Downspout Service.

    FLAWLESS EAVES REPLACEMENT

    It was an absolute pleasure to engage with this company. Mark and his team arrived on time and started the installation promptly, working tirelessly to complete the task at hand.     Gutter replacement

    We had our gutters replaced today and beginning to end it was a great experience. Ours was an emergency situation and the work was fit in within a week. Mark and his crew were both courteous and professional. He made sure that we understood what was happening every step of the way. Now, its easy to see how much more efficient our new gutter system and how much we needed it. I would highly recommend this company.

    Eaves repair

    Great company , I called numerous companies the same morning and they called me back within 20 minutes and came out that afternoon to fix my problem. Would highly recommend this company , fast , efficient, and price was more than fair
