We have worked with Mark and Harvey several times now. We first hired them to replace our front eavestroughs and downspouts. We were very pleased with the experience and quality the work and hired them again to do the back. These guys are no-nonsense - their communication is prompt and to the point - they lay out all options and potential costs and explain each piece of the work - they respond quickly, schedule the work fast and keep you apprised of any changes - they work with you to ensure they understand your needs and find the solution you want. We had a tricky placement in our back due to deck and windows, but Mark worked with us to suggest a variety of options and listened to our preferences Work is done when they say and both times it was done within 1 day. This is the 2nd time I've used Ontario Downspout Service Inc.. I am very happy with the work Mark and his crew performed. They used very high quality roofing materials, which was outlined clearly in the contract. When they found rotted wood they showed me and replaced it to ensure I qualified for the warranty. The clean up was incredible. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. I will be seeing Mark again in the fall for my annual eavestrough cleaning. Thank you again Mark.

We had Mark replace our downspouts a few years ago, and when we realized we really needed to replace our roof, we called him and didn't even really consider anyone else. As usual, Mark, Hector, and the team did an amazing job. We were kept apprised every step of the way and they didn't even complain when we wanted a specialty product that needed to be special ordered (reflective shingles to keep the house cooler). Mark went above and beyond to make sure we got the product we wanted and that it was installed correctly. I can't say enough good things about Ontario Downspout and I'll definitely be using them (and recommending them) any time I need roof work done.

Part of our down-pipe on the second story just fell off and we now had a hole in our eaves where it used to be attached. Our neighbour had just hired Ontario Downspout 3 weeks prior to replace his eaves system and I could see the quality of the work they did for him. I called and discussed the option to repair or replace our system. I got great advice on the pros and cons of each option and decided that our builder-grade system was on its last legs. Because we had a hole in our eaves, they scheduled us quickly to minimize damage due to the missing piece. I really appreciated the sense of urgency that they gave to our problem and it gave me great peace of mind. I was worried about the colour options and was pleasantly surprised to see all the colour choices. I found one that perfectly matched our metal roof. It looks like it was part of the original roof and it makes the house look more custom. I couldn't be happier with the end result. Neighbours have stopped to comment on the colour and how nice the new system looks. The new eaves and down-pipes are bigger than the old ones and are now properly positioned to direct the water from the house. It may not be the most exciting thing to get new eaves but the peace of mind that the water won't run into my basement is priceless.
