Power washing
Ian Ritchie of Home Smart Home Services has serviced our property for the last ten years or more. His company has cleaned our windows, gutters and roof and power washed decks, stairs sidewalks and a long driveway. He is meticulous and doesn't leave until the job is done properly and completely. He also makes great suggestions for cleaning and caring for anything on the exterior of the house.

Pressure washing, moss removal, gutter cleaning
These guys always do a fantastic job, no matter what it is. They show up on time, and leave the place clean. They are great value for the money they charge.

Full scale power-washing
Excellent work completed. Great value for money. Responsive, well-equipped and knowledgeable of industry. A miscommunication about the scope of work was quickly addressed. I have no hesitation in recommending Ian's Ritchie's company.

Gutter cleaning
Home Smart Home Services ensures that the job is done right and stands behind their quality. We were happy with the end result and the timely, friendly service. We appreciate the annual reminders to book our gutter cleaning. We also appreciate that photos are taken of the job and the regular communication that we receive via text or email about the work.

Window and gutter cleaning
Ian was very responsive by email, thoroughly explaining the work and the pricing beforehand. And Daniel did a great job on the windows and gutters, worked very efficiently, and even helped us with a couple window screens we couldn't remove ourselves.

Snow removal, power washing, window cleaning, gutters.
Ian and his crew are reliable, responsive, hardworking, and polite. We took a leap of faith two years ago and found them to be trustworthy and very conscientious. We never have to double check their work. Highly recommend!

window cleaning
I needed my windows washed on very short notice. Ian from Home Smart Home Services contacted me quickly and came by to provide a quote on the same day, and someone came by to do the work by noon on the following day. There were no surprises with billing; we were charged exactly as quoted, even though our cleaner Christian also scraped the windows, which was not part of the original quote. The upper level windows were absolutely clean after the job was done. The basement windows still had spots, but those were from paint and build-up over many years and would have been really hard to remove.

Gutter cleaning and repair
I manage a house that is scheduled to be demolished in less than 2 years. There was several issues with water entering the premises upstairs and downstairs. Ian and his team remedied the plan in a cost effective manner. He was easy to communicate with, and did exactly what he promised. I highly recommend!!!

Pressure washing of side walk, brickwork and fence
Ian and his Homesmart team are dependable, polite and efficient. For years I have relied on them for everything from pressure washing and sealing patio tiles, to window cleaning, to clearing and repairing gutters for my home and business.

Gutter cleaning and moss removal
The job was completed in a timely manner and there were no additional charges. Max was professional and organized. I appreciate that he vacuumed the gutters and left everything looking clean. I would recommend Home Smart to anyone needing home services.
