    Moss spraying and window cleaning

    We used Ian's services for a major moss removal project two years ago and were happy to contact him to spray the roof again this Fall. We had his employee wash all our windows at the same time. We found his services to be extremely prompt and professional; his employee also very courteous and hard-working. We will certainly use his services again.

    Gutter Cleaning and roof inspection

    After discovering a small leak in our living room I needed someone on short notice to clean the gutters and inspect the roof. Ian sent someone over in approximately 30 minutes who did the work in a professional manner.

    Power Washing, Window Cleaning

    I’ve worked with Ian Ritchie and Home Smart since 2005. In that time Ian has done a variety of services for me at my Point Grey home. Such services have included moss control, pressure washing, the cleaning of eaves troughs and window cleaning. Ian and his crew have always been quick to get here and his staff execute well on the plan we put together. I’m very satisfied with their work. Robert S.

    washing patio roof and moss removal on house roof

    As a new widow, I am so glad to have found Home Smart Services. The services offered by this company are varied enough that they will be my first call when I need more work done. I was also impressed with Ian's follow up after the job was completed. I have already recommended Home Smart to several friends. Joyce

    Power washing

    I have been using Home Smart Home Services for years. They clean my gutters, clean my roof, wash my windows and this year they did a great job power washing a very large area that now looks brand new. They arrive on time, are polite and leave everything tidy.

    Gutter cleaning and walls/walkway powerwashing

    I have been using Home Smart for 5 years now. The work is always high quality and reasonably priced. Sometimes they are quite busy, so you must book services early.
