Hi Greg, Thank you for your feedback. We’re pleased to hear you were happy with the sod installation and our initial communication. We’re sorry that other aspects of your experience fell short. We understand your frustration regarding the follow-up after your June 3 conversation with Sean. Regarding the internet line, we always work carefully around underground infrastructure, but private communication lines are often installed at shallow depths and are not identified through standard utility locates. We’re also happy to return and inspect the grading now that the lawn has had additional time to settle. If any adjustments are needed, we’ll discuss the best way to address them. We appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to improve.

Spring is our busiest time of year, and in your case we fell short of the level of communication we strive to provide. Regarding the pricing, after beginning service we realized the original quote did not accurately reflect the amount of time required to properly maintain the property. Rather than compromise the quality of service, we contacted you, explained the situation, and provided a revised quote. We completely understood and respected your decision not to continue.
