I had a great experience with Lemon Tree for my sod installation. They arrived on time, maintained prompt communication throughout, and provided a clear breakdown of costs. A team of four completed the job efficiently in just a few hours. Everyone was polite, professional, and clearly skilled. Not good. I asked for a few services, but primarily seeding and nutrient -rich soil for my lawn. I received small amount of seeds, and dull, lumpy topsoil. Nothing appeared raked, also made a total mess. Was told they would come back and adjust, never did. When asked about quality of soil, I was told it must have been a bad batch, whatever that means. I again asked them to make it right, and no response.Answer from pro:

You requested this to be done by Thursday, but due to a high volume of work and several days of rain, this was not possible. We’ve now seen your comment and the 1-star review. Work was done very well and in a timely and professional manner. Lemon Tree did however, under estimated some of the work required and a mutually agreed to additional charge was approved.
