This is the worst cleaning I ever experienced. I decided that for a move-in cleaning I would like to have what I considered a premium service. What a disappointment. It looked like they were in a hurry and just service wipe and off they went. The floors were streaky as were the stainless steel appliances. On the shower rain head there was a layer of dirt that they left. The condo was in fairly good shape, just needed a professional cleaning, but that is not what I got. The sent their quality control manager quickly and she rectified some of the issues, but I went in yesterday on my own to do a better cleaning. For example even the QM said that she could not clean the stainless steel appliances of the streaks. Well guess what? I got a stainless steel cleaner and they came out perfectly. The interior windows were done, but I went back over them and there was dirt on my paper towels...so also not done well. The shower stall door was streaky so I had to reclean it. So yes the response was quick, but the QM only corrected some things. She was only one person. There was even dust in the door frames...an easy swiff, and it would have been done. They should have done a complete do-over with their best team and then perhaps they could have redeemed themselves. I am very angry. I note that there is another move-in clean below that has a similar rating. They can't use the excuse that my place was not in good shape because it was, just a few things...it was actually worse after they were done.
UPDATE...so in their answer below it is contact a member of our management team and they will fix it...not so much...their response was well usually we send the team back in to fix things, which they did not. They have made no offer of a refund or anything. So. so much for a satisfaction guarantee. They have very slick marketing , but poor quality.
