Good day Way, Thank you kindly for sharing your experience with us. We are glad you are sharing this publicly so we have an opportunity to address your concerns. From your review and reports from our staff when they arrived on site the unit was in very poor condition. Our staff had reported and declared this unit as below average or "not in average condition" per our service agreement . That being said our quotes are for average condition units, that is why a max number of hours is allocated based on the quote that you pay because of the quote being billed based on average condition. You paid $244 plus HST. Our staff spent 6 1/2 hours of labour on site. We also returned and spent another two hours on site to address the missed items and reported item. the is 8.5 hrs of labour that we had spent (244- 35 vacuum delivery/ use = $209/ 8.5hrs labor = $24/hr) so we earned $24/ hr to help you on this service and our labor/ insurance and other items will make us flat or upside down on this service. This is because we went above and beyond to try to help you with your poor condition unit. You also mention spending another 4hrs each day after work and another 6-8hrs on the weekend... thats another 26hrs of labour you spent to get that space clean and refurbished from a very bad tenant… We addressed all checklist items however the ceiling vents and the baseboards and many other things had years of built on dust, grease and grime and mold that take extra time to address. Although you mentioned in your review that you're not looking to spite or share an angry review. But I strongly believe that a 0 out of 10 is not fair as when we were reported that we fell short on your expectations, we deployed a team within 24 hours and fixed it to the point that you were very happy with the job that was done after we came back and rectified some of the missed elements. At the end of the day we completed the cleaning service to your satisfaction and it was a very tough cleaning as our staff had to put a lot of elbow grease into your service. Thank you again for sharing your feedback so that we have an opportunity to look at this internally. We also thank you for having giving us the opportunity to come back and address the missed items and we are glad that we ended up servicing your cleaning needs at the end the day and that you were happy with your end result.
