A good (but NOT a great) cleaning! We paid extra for a 'deep cleaning' and while our home is definitely cleaner than we left it: a deep cleaning with attention detail was not done. We found small remnant splatter on our kitchen walls and dust under furniture. While I think the cleaner herself was more than qualified, the company (Maid4Condos) seems to try to save money by only having 1 cleaner work alone. Other companies we have hired used 2 cleaners for the same price (or cheaper!) so that the job is better divided and the cleaning is noticeably more thorough. Would not recommend this service as our #1 cleaning choice but also wouldn't say it was bad. We are just not fully satisfied with the service and were hoping for a better job given the price.Answer from pro:

Regarding service personnel assigned - it is our policy to send sufficient staff based on the size of the job allocated, all of our services equate to job time assigned. Your service was a 3-4 hour service. When we can, we try to assign the same cleaner to build rapport with clients vs teams especially in smaller condos like this one of 600 sq ft as various team members could just get in one another’s way. We love to hear from clients and have the opportunity to improve. We have already shared your feedback with our quality control team to work back with the cleaner. Gustao & Kelly showed up promptly on time and did an amazing job with the condo that was left in pretty rough shape by the previous tenants. They were courteous and their attention to detail was great. I will definitely use this service again!Answer from pro:

I had an excellent experience with Gustavo. He originally came with another cleaner in tow, but she fell ill and had to head home to rest. Gustavo went above and beyond in order to achieve the Deep Cleaning I requested. My oven is sparkling, my Fridge looks brand new (on the inside atleast :P!), My cupboard stains have been eradicated, and my bathroom looks like I just moved in! I love this service, I thought it was pricey at first, but you get what you pay for. Excellent service, will use again.Answer from pro:

The cleaning is very thorough but timeliness is awful. Once the cleaner never showed up and when I called, they said she took a sick day without notifying them (or me). Another time the cleaner waited in the lobby 40 minutes because my buzzer was broken, instead of calling me. In the meantime I called the central number but got no response. At a high price ($160 for 3.5 hours), I expect far better customer service.Answer from pro:

I booked Maid4Condos for a Deep Clean, and was very impressed by the service! The cleaners were timely, and did a fantastic job with the living room, kitchen and bedroom! I was impressed by the attention to detail from wiping faucets to the spotless microwave. I did find a few spots missed in the bathroom, but was very impressed by the promptness - and they sent someone to fix it right away, which speaks volumes about their commitment!
