We do have a 100% satisfaction guarantee and urge you to contact the office to share your feedback as our policy is to make it right. Regarding service personnel assigned - it is our policy to send sufficient staff based on the size of the job allocated, all of our services equate to job time assigned. Your service was a 3-4 hour service. When we can, we try to assign the same cleaner to build rapport with clients vs teams especially in smaller condos like this one of 600 sq ft as various team members could just get in one another’s way. We love to hear from clients and have the opportunity to improve. We have already shared your feedback with our quality control team to work back with the cleaner.
