    Superb service and quality products

    During last week's cold snap, our furnace acted up. We made an emergency call in early on Saturday. A serviceman came immediately to temporarily fix the problem. Nate returned later and discovered that it was because we had cranked the humidity up to the max (10) which caused the damper to freeze shut. Instead of charging us, he spent over an hour making sure it was all back to normal and then spent over 20 minutes explaining to me exactly how the furnace and humidity work together. His professionalism, patience and expertise are why I would recommend this company to my good friends.l

    Furnace tune-up, installed a new wifi thermostat.

    Great guys. Very professional. Did a great job explaining everything to us. Would highly recommend Distinct Heating & Cooling.

    Furnace Repair

    My furnace quit working late at night. I was able to get an appointment right away and they came the next morning. The part needed wasn’t available in the city so they had it shipped and it arrived the next day. In the meantime they set up my house with space heaters (at no cost) to keep my house warm and pipes from freezing - it was winter! They fixed it the next day!

    Furnace installation

    From pre job quote, to installation and follow up, all the Distinct Heating guys were very professional and a pleasure to have in our house. We will be using them for other products and services in the future. Highly recommend them.

    installation of air conditioning: 2 units

    Nate suggests the appropriate product for the home; no up-selling. An email is sent advising of the upcoming arrival and providing background on the staff. The installers arrive on time and work efficiently, leaving a clean work area at the end of each day. At the end, the installed product looks good. The staff relate well to the customer and respond to any questions. To date we have been happy with the A/C. We trust this company and are very comfortable in knowing that they have our backs.

    Furnace & Thermostat Replacement

    Distinct Heating & Cooling are total professionals starting with the consultation appt to discuss our needs to replace an old thermostat that was no longer functioning as well as a replacement for the old furnace. An email was sent to say that Nate was on his way and he arrived on the agreed to time... After an inspection of the equipment, Nate explained all of the options available to us and was not in any rush, all of our questions were answered. We had asked for quotes on a couple of different options.. The quotes were emailed back to us in a timely manner. Our decision was made for replacement of both the old thermostat and furnace, the dates were booked.. The day before the install, a reminder email was sent as well as an email the morning of to say the installers were on their way.. All team members arrived on time. Nate and his 2 installers were all so polite, courteous and most of all so very professional... Jobsite was cleaner when they finished the install than when they started. We would highly recommend Distinct Heating & Cooling to anyone that is looking for a new furnace and or air conditioner.. we will be considering the install of an AC unit in the future.     Furnace replacement

    We've moved into a 25 year old villa and I invited Distinct to continue providing us their high quality service. The initial furnace inspection and service showed some current and anticipated problems. We invited Nate to provide us with a quote for replacement. He spent about two hours with us mapping out the project with costs. From new smoke and CO2 detectors, WiFi enabled thermostat, and a high efficiency furnace, we easily saw the value in our choice and soon we had a date booked for the install. Two days provided their skilled technicians with sufficient time to neatly install the new venting, furnace, detectors, and thermostat. Our Home Owners' Association director was certainly impressed with their high quality workmanship. Our new home is more comfortable even in the summer! I can't wait for the heating season for the ultra efficient, quiet, and cost effective heating system to evenly heat our home!!

    Furnace and air conditioner

    Distinct Heating & Cooling replaced our furnace and air conditioner and thermostat and 3 smoke detectors- they finished the job in less time than they initially booked - the guys that were on site doing the work were very professional and extremely polite and pleasant - they answered all questions we had - the service we received was outstanding - we will definitely recommend Distinct Heating & Cooling.

    Air Conditioning and Furnace

    After moving into a new home we wanted to add A/C. We spoke with 7 different HVAC companies independently, and consensus was that 1) the furnace needed to be replaced (class action lawsuit even in place); and 2) that the ductwork from the furnace was done totally incorrectly, leading to airflow and heating issues in the house. The end result was that the entire mechanical room needed to be reconfigured. The majority of contractors walked away from the job, citing they didn't want to take on a project of that scope. After getting quotes and reviews for 6 weeks we landed on Distinct Heating & Cooling. Nate and his team were extremely professional and respectful every step of the way. They gave a real scope of work, made sure things were done the right way, explained everything in-depth (including where the benefit did not justify the cost) and answered our many questions before and during the project. They demonstrated professionalism and expertise in their field better than any other company we dealt with, in our opinion. The project was on-time, on-budget, and is working great. We had a couple of friends over who are in the industry and they were blown away by the quality of work and attention to detail shown in Nate and his team's work. Thanks again Nate and team. Every member of your crew was a pleasure to work with. We will strongly recommend Distinct to friends, family and coworkers.

    installed furnace and AC

    we want to replace our furnace and install AC. we got three quotes from different companies. Distinct is 20% more than other companies. However, we think this is totally worth the price. Nate came to our house to gave us the quote. He is very punctual and professional. The team used two and a half day to installed the furnace and AC. They make everything super tidy and neat. They are very knowledge on their work. We highly recommend this company to our family and friend!
