Basement concrete floor polish
My wife and I renovated our basement and to keep the night we polished our floors. Unique touch was a pleasure to work with and the final product turned out better than promised. Tony was always on time and kept his promises. 5 stars and thanks again for a great experience. We would highly recommend unique touch. Thanks again!

New concrete in basement
This review is long overdue as we awaited the photos of our finished space in order to share with Edson and his amazing crew. We originally hired another concrete polisher but they were proving to be difficult to work with so we turned to homestars and found Unique Touch. We are so glad we connected with them as the floors are truly our favourite part of the entire renovation. Edson recommended someone to do the pour after we had installed the in-floor heating and guided us on the steps and timeline for a perfect polished finished. He worked closely with our contractor, who is very particular and had nothing but good things to say about Edson’s process. All of his guys were polite, reliable and we really enjoyed chatting with them every day. We had long debated if we should mix some colour into the concrete sand mixture but in the end we went with the natural mix and it turned out perfectly. We couldn’t be happier with our choice and would highly recommend Unique Touch to anyone. Truly a five star experience!

Concrete polishing
From start to finish, very professional Always updated me on project.i trusted them with their opinions and went with their recommendations on finishes . Price was very reasonable. Most of all , the finish product was spectacular..

Basement Concrete Floor Polishing
We contacted Unique Touch for a quote on polishing and finishing our brand new concrete floor in our basement. Edson was quick to respond, very informative through the process and professional. He was always responsive and flexible with scheduling. His team did an amazing job, and we are very happy with the end result. We met with a number of companies before deciding to hire Unique Touch, and feel we made the right choice. We would hire them again and highly recommend their services. They even came back to buff the floor, and repair any small issues after we finished the basement. Thank you Edson and team!!!

Basement floor
After a basement flood, we decided to replace our laminate with polished concrete to reduce maintenance and flood risk. We interviewed two contractors and chose Edson based on his knowledge and honesty (Both had very similar pricing). The floor looks superb, additionally we found Edson to be very communicative and organized. We really like our new floors and have no problem recommending these guys.

Concrete Basement Floor grinding, polishing, sealing & burnishing.

Office Floor
Edson, Tony & staff were friendly, honest, helpful, and very quick to respond to questions. Their work is amazing. On time, on budget, and gorgeous. We LOVE our polished concrete floor. We're beyond pleased with our experience, and would absolutely recommend Unique Touch Concrete Design.
