    Great work in our finished basement

    We received 8 separate quotes for polishing the concrete in our finished basement after a flood. We chose Unique Touch for their competitive price and because Tony took the time to examine our home, and explain the pros and cons of all the options we wanted. Tony and his crew did a great job on a difficult project, as they were able to avoid any damage to our baseboards and newly painted walls. Since we really don't like the look of exposed aggregate concrete, Tony's team added a dark grey stain to the entire basement, which gives the concrete an amazing look! After the job was completed, I noticed some divots in the floor and notified Tony. He sent a team on the next day to patch all the spots. I highly recommend Unique Touch!

    Concrete Grinding and Polishing

    Recently moved to an industrial building in Mississauga. Decided to polish the concrete in the lunchroom. Unique Touch has the proper equipment and experienced staff to handle this size job in the time that was estimated. Came out looking great.

    Polished concrete basement floor

    Tony was very helpful and answered all of our questions. The job was done on time, on budget and done very well. My floor looks terrific and I am happy to recommend Unique Touch.

    Polished concrete floors

    Thank you to Tony and his team for transforming our basement! I love the polished concrete floors at the Pilates studio I go to and got in touch with Unique Touch who did their project. We had boring grey concrete floors in the basement and now we have beautiful contemporary polished concrete. The work was done on time and on budget. Tony was very professional and responsive. His team took great care to minimize any dust tracking to other parts of the home. The floors look amazing. The basement is now becoming our favourite room in the house. I will definitely use this company for any future projects and can wholeheartedly recommend them to others.

    Garage project

    This team is amazing from start to finish. Excellent communication of the process and great bedside manner with clients. I loved them, clients loved them and the work was beautiful. Highly recommend.

    Amazing service

    Unique touch did a great job refinishing the concrete floors in our basement many years ago. Over the years a few cracks developed(this can happen over time). They returned to fill the cracks and when I asked for the bill they said there would be no charge! We truly appreciate this commitment to excellence.

    Basement slab polishing project

    Edson & Tony were great to work with. When I first reached out, they were generous with their time to share the details of what they do and come by to inspect my recently poured basement slab. Price was fair, crew were friendly, and I like the finished product. Job was done quickly and cleanly and they checked in a few times to sign off on the completed project. They also plan to stop by for a quick final buffing once I finish some other basement renovation work. Overall great stuff!

    Excellent polished concrete job

    Anthony and his team did amazing job polishing our concrete basement floor. They were efficient and very clean. The floor is beautiful. I highly recommend them!
