They were prompted and did a thorough cleaning. Less expensive than other companies. They were open to share the type of products they use. Research confirmed they do not use toxic products. All other companies I called refused to share what products they use even though they claim to use non-toxic products. They accidentally overcharged but recognized immediately their mistake and sent the refund. Highly recommended.

We hired Enviropure to clean the upholstery on three pieces of furniture, to clean two area rugs, and to clean the furnace ducts and dryer vent. The team showed up on time and was very professional, and the price was competitive with other places that quoted. We also use their house-cleaning service biweekly and are very happy with them.

We hired Enviropure to remedy the mold in our attic, remove the existing insulation and add the new one to meet the current standards. The work was done in the Spring this year. The work was reasonably well done, and the entire amount was promptly paid in full. However, we have not received receipt for the payment of the contracted amount . Also, as per the contract we were to get a written report about the entire project detailing what was found, work done, and photographs of the attic as the work progressed and finally completed. It is important to us to have the receipt for the payment, and the documentation about the work. Since early July we have been trying to get this company honour their part of the contract. We have left a number of telephone messages for various company representatives, sent emails, finally a written letter mailed the company's address, but to of no avail. It is as if the company has disappeared altogether. We have felt very frustrated and annoyed that once this company has received its money, they don't want to hear from you. It also means that one can forget about anything which may needed to be done under warranty Furthermore, they want to get away without fulfilling the terms of the contract. .

WOW! I gave myself the best Mothers Day gift by choosing Enviropure to clean my house. Katiana, Chantal and Erin worked so well together to produce so much work in such little time. They did immaculate work. I am so proud of my clean house, Ive been showing my friends and family how clean it is it even smell clean. I have a three bedrooms, two and half bathrooms, kitchen, living room, dining room. They washed all windows, Spot clean walls where needed, shine all quanters, exterior cupboards and appliances, dusted surfaces, washed mirrors and floors, vacuum all over and carpets, all with environmentally friendly materials. Im so impressed, pleased, happy and releaved, its all done. BRAVO! Im so grateful and relaxed. Thank you Enviropure for the great gift!

I have been going strong with Enviropure for well over 10 years and have not looked back since then. I used their services to clean a home I sold. I now use their services to clean my current home. The service provided: the cleaning crew is always cheerful, professional and punctual - if running late, I get a text to notify me, all 3 levels of my home gets a thorough cleaning, when done my home does not smell like a chemical (think bleach) factory. When I have been dissatisfied, a member of staff has returned to rectify this. During the pandemic, they were extremely careful to follow all provincial public health measures. The health of their staff was just as important as that of their clients. They have remained consistent with their level and quality of service. The same cannot be said for all vendors. I sometimes make an appointment at the very last minute and do appreciate the fact that I am accommodated. I just had my home cleaned last week and I was pleasantly impressed as always. I highly recommend their services.
