Ryan and his crew were amazing to work with - professional and personable at all times. From the initial inspection right through to final cleanup they were always ready to answer questions, share information and respect our space. First Response was absolutely the best choice and made a huge difference during the entire process. Highly recommend them for any job!

It’s always difficult to send your child away to university but when they are hundreds of miles away it becomes even harder. My daughter went off to university and was about to experience her first apartment. Living far away, and having commitments to attend a family wedding, I was unable to go and help. When she entered her apartment, it was a disaster from the recent tenant. Cigarette butts in the sink, residue from smoke was on the walls and floors, junk and garbage was left everywhere, the fridge, oven and bathroom were a disgusting mess. I was in a panic. She needed help and I couldn’t be there. My first inclination was to fly out and skip the wedding but I knew this was not possible so I started looking at reviews for cleaning companies. I found Enviropure/First Response and saw that they were highly rated. I called and spoke to Tina and it was like talking to an angel, a mothers dream come true. She understood my dilemma and was able to set up cleaners to help my daughter. Her team of cleaners were incredible. My daughter told me that not only did they work hard but they put in extra effort, were reassuring and the place was left so clean that you could have eaten off of the floors. She face timed me before and after and to be honest, I couldn’t believe what an amazing job this team did. My daughter and I are both so very grateful for Enviropure! They were outstanding and if I could, I would give them 10 stars!!!! Thank you so much! You truly are an angel in disguise!

I found Enviropure Home Services through my contacts in the insurance business. We were faced with the daunting task of cleaning a home that was occupied by heavy smokers for many years. Richard took the time to explain the process to us when providing a quote. The residence is now spotless and the air quality is excellent, giving us the confidence to rent or sell the home to someone in good faith. We highly recommend them to anyone whether it be a regular clean or a more serious situation. You will not be disappointed.

I called to help eliminate cigarette smoke prior to moving in a new home. The service was amazing from the 1st visit when Ryan went over all the services and how the treatments were done to the team leader Alicia who was very diligent to ensure all walls, ducts and even outlets were treated. They were all an amazing team and performed excellent service and a very quick turnaround. I highly recommend them. Thank you Ryan, Alicia and team.

These girls were the absolute best. I walked in the door to one cleaning the top cupboard above the fridge (an area I’m sure many would ignore)! They even got the drywall dust I’d never noticed off the very top of the showers! They were extremely pleasant and professional and made me feel comfortable being there while they were cleaning! Will definitely use again!

Never fails! I have been using Enviropure since 2012 and I have continually been satisfied. Their team of professional women are incredibly thorough, quick and well trained for each area of the home. They are conscious of animals and little ones in the home and always willing to satisfy the customer’s needs for each particular cleaning session. Additional requests are always considered and taken care of promptly. I look forward to seeing the team each month, and how they will beautify my home for years to come!

Enviropure cleaned my home last week and I am so glad I finally decided to have them come and do it. I have always taken pride in being a "clean freak" and taking good care of my home, but being under the weather with a virus this winter, working full time and being a single mom of two five year olds has led me to fall behind. I wasn't feeling comfortable with all the dust and I felt it was contributing to my allergies. Tina was patient in providing me information about the services available and waiting until I was ready. I had never, previously, found a cleaner that could meet my expectations (which admittedly are high) but when I got home from work and saw the wonderful results of the deep clean a weight was lifted off my shoulders. My expectations had been met. I definitely intend to have Enviropure come back on a regular basis.
