    Furnace Repair

    EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! I contacted Airdrie Air as my furnace was not ventilating heat & showing error code. They booked my appointment right away, in a friendly and courteous manner. They accommodated my timeline for the service based on my schedule. Before the Technician arrived, I received a reminder via text message including a picture of the team member, which I really appreciated as a unique service feature (for safety reasons). Also received phone call after the text, which demonstrated excellent planning of their services!!! The Technician, Darren, was highly professional, well-organized, knowledgeable about the furnace issue almost right away, and incredibly helpful in terms of explaining the problem for my understanding. Overall, GREAT EXPERIENCE and fair price for what needed to be fixed, as I had researched the cost with other companies beforehand. Thank you so much!!!

    Furnace and Air conditioning

    My family and I had to have our furnace moved to install our air conditioner unit. They did amazing work. Looks like it’s always been like that. The people were amazing to talk to and fit us into their busy schedule which was great for the heat wave. We appreciate everything they have done for us. A great experience all around.

    Furnace air conditioning service check

    Service was performed in a professional manner. The tech kept us advised as to the specific work he was doing . He also took the time to answer all of the questions I had regarding our furnace.

    Air Conditioner

    The guys were delayed but I received a call explaining that. They were here most of the day and I didn't have to lock up my cats as they were good with both of them. Explained things (which I can't remember :) Cleaned everything up and showed me all the things.

    Airdrie Air

    Just had Airdrie Air back for annual service on my furnace and air units. Darren let me know when he was on the way and did a thorough inspection and service and discussed his findings with me when done. He was professional and tidied up as he went too. Much appreciated.

    Air Conditioning Maintenance Service

    Just wanted my Air Conditioner serviced. Didn't want a sales call but new my Air Conditioner was on the older side. This summer in Airdrie it has been super HOT so one could imagine how busy an Air Conditioning Company would be! But they fit me in. The fellow who came was friendly,professional and honest. My sister and I asked him all sorts of questions and he answered them all. He exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this company.

    Service

    Great services, technician was very professional, friendly, and followed COVID-19 guidelines. Technician was able to explain to me what he was doing and why, to fix our AC issues. I would recommend using this company to my family and friends.

    Furnace Install, Air Conditioning Install, Humidifier Install, and Air Conditioning Check

    I've hired Airdrie Air on multiple occasions for various installs because they do absolutely outstanding work and provide you with the consistent support on maintainece and questions throughout the life of their products. We had our old furnace stop working in November 2019, and they were out within only a few days to install the replacement before the cold weather would hit. A few months after this, we decided because of the great experience we had that we should go ahead and have them install an air conditioner and humidifier. I was not present for the install personally, however my girlfriend said the entire experience was professional and very thorough. Our latest interaction with them was after I "froze" the air conditioner (due to my own lack of understanding) I requested that they come out and give it a check and informed me that a better furnace filter would help this not happen again. They ran other tests and checked the fluid levels and they were on their way, and so far with the new filter I have not had any issues with it. I'm into Airdrie Air for about 8k+ so far and they are likely one of best (if not the best) overall company I have ever encountered in my life, I recommend them to everyone and as things currently sit I will be a customer for life.

    Air Conditioner Repair

    Our air conditioner suddenly stopped working (of course in the middle of a heat wave). Jason had a technician (Haris) come out the next day to sort through and resolve the issue. Really good customer service on the part of everyone involved (Jason, Shanna and Haris). Knowledgeable, professional, and reasonable.

    Furnace repairs

    I really appreciate the approach of Airdrie Air and James who came out to my house to fix the furnace. Its an old furnace but still had the potential to have replacement parts rather than install a new furnace at huge cost. Also, my air conditioning unit that was installed by Airdrie Air has been flawless.
