    Air Conditioner yearly servicing

    So first off, we need to say that the two ladies that work in the office were spectacular. Shanna & Jennifer are very friendly and very knowledgable. They followed up on phone calls right away and checked in after the service was completed. The tech Brad that came out was also very friendly, followed all Covid rules and also was very cautious not to dirty the floors or anything else in the house. He kept us informed of what he was doing throughout the whole process and made suggestions along the way. We have dealt with Airdrie Air since we built our home almost 5 years ago and they will continue to be ourgo-to HVAC company..

    AC installation

    We chose Airdrie Air after receiving a number of quotes. They provided the best information on a number of products. While other quotes were less, we did not feel we would get the same level of product and service. Installation was prompt and professional. Harris and Mike were informative and got the job done well and cleaned up upon completion. Harris provided us with a product overview and tips. The office staff was in contact with us before and after installation. Well done, a team effort!

    Furnace check

    Woke up on a cold morning with the furnace fan not coming on. Although they were booked up, Airdrie Air fit us into the schedule and went out of their way to see us the same day. The technician was great and thought it was one of two things. The first was just a little adjusting and the fan started coming on. If it turns out it actually needs a new part they will come out on a free service call and replace the part for us.

    Furnace and Air Conditioner

    The technician at Airdrie Air are very knowledgeable and provide great service once they are in your home ! They take their time to identify the problem , ask you questions and educate you on what they found ! The office Lady is also very wonderful to talk to and sets up the appointment ASAP! I will continue to use this company in the future and can only highly recommend them after dealing with two other companies that did not diagnose the problem correctly .

    Furnace Inspection and Fan Change

    We are new to Airdrie and are first time home owners, we found Airdrie Air through some amazing word of mouth and we couldn’t say no! We were immediately impressed because of the speed we got booked in for service, normally we would have to wait at least a week where as we got in the next day!! Brad our tech was amazing! He went above and beyond, was friendly, professional and was able to answer all our questions!! We will for sure be repeat customers not only for the value, but for the friendliness and professionalism!

    Airdrie Air

    We have been Airdrie Air clients for 12 years, we have been very satisfied with their service over the years. Service has included furnace and a/c maintenance and the installation of a new furnace. The technicians are knowledgeable, friendly, and polite. We highly recommend this Airdrie company.

    A/C Installation

    Great service! The installation carried out very professionally and customer service was excellent. All work was done with attention to detail. I would recommend for future work for air and heating.

    Furnace Repair & Servicing

    I highly recommend Airdrie Air! The staff is absolutely wonderful and they were able to accommodate my last minute repairs required in order to sell my house. It was imperative that I had the work done and they moved some things around from their busy day in order to also fix my repair the very next day. He was very knowledgeable and was able to explain in easy terms what the issue was and how he repaired it. This is a local company you can trust to do the work right and for the right price. Hands down very pleased with the service that I received!!

    QUALITY SERVICE EXCEEDS MY EXPECTATIONS - ITS MORE THAN A FIVE STAR

    5 star? No it should be more than five star. Jason/Bill? forgot his name You are the best! Thank you for making this happen. Jennifer you're customer service is just far from best. Airdrie Air crews who came to my house to install our centralized air-conditioning and air quality YOU GUYS MOVED ME, You're professionalism and quality service were very exceptional. My family had so much joy and comfort yet very satisfying feeling of comfortness days after they install our centralized air-conditioning and Air quality. My wife always says to me I love you, but now she also says, I LOVE YOU Airdrie Air and Yes I do agree. Thank you for the wonderful things you did to our house. Indeed will cherish this until the time is through. We love you guys.

    furnace repair

    We called for furnace repair and they responded quickly by coming the next morning. The technician was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He found the problem and replaced the parts. The owner of the company honored our warranty. Thank you so much. We would surely recommend this company.
