    Installation of Furnace and AC

    Jordan, Nick and Taylor arrived a little after 8:00 am and were done and gone by 2:30 pm. During that time they carefully explained what they would do, frequently consulted me on my preferences and satisfaction with there progress. The removal of the old equipment was carefully done. Installation of the new was neat and attractive (compared with the old). The fellows cleaned up after the installation. The fellows were are pleasant and responsive to my questions. They seemed to take pride in a job well done, and mine was.

    furnace, airconditioner

    The owner and staff at Reliable is truly the best!!! They work with much integrity, goodness and kindness of heart. I recommend this company to anyone who wants exceptional service from the first phone call to the end of the service. It is a rarity to find a company who truly puts their customers first.

    Furnace and Air conditioning service

    Jordan ( technician) arrived promptly with a smile and did the service on our primary residence and rental property.There were 2 service calls this morning. He was professional, polite and very personable.I chose to use this company because they valuable me as a customer and Jordan reinforced this today. Thanks for checking in with us prior to the service John( owner) Reliable Home Environment is my "go to" company.

    Furnace inspection

    I called Reliable on a Friday around 6:00 PM, to my surprise and delight, John answered. I wanted a technician to come inspect my furnace and give me a second opinion. My furnace had been red-tagged by a competitor. An appointment was made for 7:30 Monday morning. Jordan arrived on time, inspected my furnace, explained his findings and answered my questions in a professional manner. As a result, I have switched my service plan to Reliable Home Environment and will be buying a furnace from them in due time. Great consumer experience.

    Unfortunately, this time of year can lead to some bad diagnostics and bad advice from our competition. We do not give our technicians an incentive to sell you a new system.     Installing a New Furnace

    My furnace was tagged after Finding a crack on its heat exchanger. I was desperate to find a good company to install a new one. I picked Reliable home environment after a short survey for their reasonable price and honest advise. They came on time and placed the new furnace in few hours and took a good care for my house using a nice red carpet. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and specially thank Greg, John, Taylor and the team for their professional work. All the best for Reliable home environment.

    Emergency AC service

    AC stopped working on the hottest long weekend this summer 2015. Called a few companies in the area and most couldn't dispatch a tech until the next day or could not provide a reliable quote over the phone. In comes RHE. Within 15 minutes of leaving a voicemail, as promised, Jordan called me to see how he can help. He advised that weekend service is 35% more expensive than regular but after reading other reviews on Homestars I decided to bite the bullet. Jordan arrived within the hour and quickly diagnosed the problem. He provided a few honest options along with pricing and proceeded to top up the refrigerant in the AC. I appreciated that he didn't try to sell me a brand new AC and helped me get the house cooling again. He even fixed a couple of other problems in the system along the way free of charge. All of this done around an hour and now my AC is up and running again. Service was quick and professional. Will definitely contact them to install new AC in the future should I need to replace it. Thanks Jordan, thanks Reliable Home Environment!

    A/C repairs

    Quick diagnostic and repair. I placed a call in the morning and in the afternoon our A/C was back to normal. Thank you Jordan! Technician is knowledgeable, price for the repairs is reasonable. We hope to squeeze another couple of years from our old A/C and will contact the company for the new unit in the future.

    New Furnace Install...follow-up

    Had a new Lennox furnace installed in the fall. Installers were punctual, quick, courteous, and very knowledgeable. Everything was top notch. Had an issue this week with the furnace, I called Reliable and John called me right back. Although he was very busy he suggested I try a few things. What really surprised me is that he called this evening to follow up to see if the problem had been solved. Absolutely incredible Customer service and yes, it appears my issue is resolved. Can't say enough about John and the entire Reliable team.

    Furnace and Air Conditioner Replacement

    Greg Laidlaw from Reliable worked with me to define my requirement. He provided excellent advice on replacement equipment. Greg was patient, knowledgeable and professional. Replacing the furnace. A/C and WiFi thermostat in one day was a major project. The 3-man Reliable team of installation technicians that was led by Jeremy was great. They worked from 7:00 to 3:00 with very few breaks. Again, they were were tech savvy, efficient, organized and caused minimum disruption to the our house. I feel they went above and beyond and deserve a big Bravo Zulu for a job well done. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a new furnace or AC.

    Furnace Replacement

    Furnace was approaching end of life. Requested quote from several firms. Reliable Home quoted Lennox Furnace, Humidifier and Air Filter and drain pump along with the reinstall of the air conditioning cooling core. They were prompt to respond. Greg was dispatched to take measurements and provide a quote. He spent a lot of time talking about the company and the pride the owner takes in ensuring staff do an excellent job. We took a few months to decide and we went with Reliable Home. The work was scheduled promptly. The lads arrived on time, did the work quickly, and cleaned up. The install is tidy. The work was performed as promised and delivered on time. The new furnace is super quiet compared to our old one. Its been a week since the install - we are happy that we have a good furnace at a good price with a local service provider that backs their product.
