We've just worked with Reliable Home Environment to replace our 30 year old furnace. Fantastic service! From a great sales consultation with Greg Laidlaw, to quick and professional next day installation by Taylor and Jordan, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The new furnace was completely installed by 2 pm with all traces of the old equipment removed. Follow up by Taylor, Jordan and Greg assured us that Reliable Home Environment's service will continue long beyond the purchase stage! We'll definitely recommend this company to anyone fixing or replacing home heating/cooling equipment!

Greg and his work team were amazing! They were very prompt and provided me with a great amount of information, including the pros and cons and the difference between each one. The furnace looks great and the way they did the piping and everything was amazing... Don't know how they did it. I have already recommended this company to 3 people and will continue to... These guys just saved me so much money that would have been spent on oil. Thank you so much!!!

My rental property had 2 very old furnaces when one of them broke down leaving my tenants without heat. I called Reliable Home Environment and they came immediately. I decided to replace both furnaces and they replaced them that day. Within hours, both furnaces were installed. Their service was excellent and both the owner and his employees were extremely courteous. I would recommend them to anyone.

I arrived home yesterday to a freezing cold house and non-working furnace. I called Reliable Home Environment and John and Vince were at my house in less than an hour. They were able to quickly find the source of the problem and fix it, and they did a thorough inspection to ensure there was nothing else brewing that would cause further problems. They carefully explained what they check and fixed. And they made several much appreciated recommendations. They were a pleasure to deal with!

In 2015, Reliable Home Environment replaced my air conditioner in a very professional manner. When my furnace started to fail, I called them in to investigate and they were able to come within a few hours. My furnace was not providing any useful information from a troubleshooting perspective and the repair indicated was a replacement of the motherboard but this was not a guaranteed fix. That evening, we decided to replace the furnace. The next day, Reliable came to assess the furnace needs in our home and provided four options, along with pricing and informed us of the Lennox financing plan. The financing plan came with with an open loan (ie: we could pay more from time to time). We made the decision to swap the furnace out and communicated with Reliable that evening. To our surprise, Reliable had the furnace in stock and was able to do the swap the next afternoon. The installation crew was very professional and answered all of my questions while they were working, I am a bit inquisitive. During the work, they explained each step and were quite comfortable with me observing them. During the testing phase, they explained the purpose and methodology for each test. We would, and already have, recommend Reliable for work on any furnace and air conditioner.

I went through a few companies to get a quote to get a new ac installed and when i finally found this company through the Lennox website, i sent them a message on a Saturday afternoon and received a call within 10 minutes from John. Of to a great start! He was the first who could explain to me in details how the ac worked, how the efficiency can be calculated and based on my situation, suggested something that would be perfect for my house. He came a few days later to take measurements of the house, check the furnace and confirm that i could get the efficient AC i wanted and that the rebate would apply for Ontario. I started looking into other Lennox products that they could install and by the end, i decided to replace my furnace, water heater, humidifier and get an hrv installed! They were ready to install 3 days later. (all this was being done over the weekend so thank you John for giving me part of your time off!) They arrived right on time and made sure to use a carpet upstairs from the entrance to the basement. Jordan and Nick were great and got the work done in 2 days. They even noticed the water heater they had installed had a dent it in, took it out and brought in a new unit. The owner (also called John) came by the first night to walk me through the system and to discuss what was left to be completed and made sure i understood everything and was happy with it. Then once everything was installed, he came back to make sure everything was working and we were happy. I had an issue with the placement of the exhaust pipes and he had his guys come in the next day and move them to the other side of the house with no extra charge. He even took the time and help with a gas leak coming from my meter to determine the meter was old and needed to be replaced. I called embridge and they came to replace it right away! One thing i want to share is there commitment to servicing their customers and that they will never become a national company. He does not want his company to become faceless like so many that have gone national and hire technicians who have no experience. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs any work done for the ac, furnace, air quality or water heater for their house! Thanks guys!

On time! Worked diligently. House kept clean. Professional and pleasant technicians. I could not find anything to complain about even if I spent hours trying to think of something. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Reliable Home Environment.

The company is extremely professional and the workmanship is of the highest quality. I was extremely impressed and not only the quality of the products but the care and expertise that was obvious in the installation. I would recommend them without any reservation

Daryl came out to assess a furnace issue and was prompt, courteous and answered all my questions. Later Nick and Jordan came to install a new furnace and did excellent work. Things are working very well and they even took care of some other minor issues from the old system.
