    Install of propane furnace, wate heater and A/C

    From the beginning of the process their staff was very helpful at providing a comprehensive estimate and detailing all the options we had for upgrading our current systems. At no time did we feel pressured to make a decision, and where continuously told to make the decision that best fit our needs. The installation team was very professional and made sure we where comfortable with the placement of all new items. They also too great care to ensure the home was not damaged through out the process. The follow-up after install was very prompt with details on how to obtain service if required, and easy ways to find out more information on warranties and other services which we where entitled to.

    Replacement air conditioner

    My 13 year old AC failed in late July and I obtained quotes from 3 major AC providers to replace the unit. The sales person from Reliable Home Environment, Mr. Shayne Loughren, responded to my quote request in a very timely manner and came to my home the same day I made the request to review with me the various options and pricing. Shayne was thorough, very knowledgeable, quite helpful and adequately answered all of my questions. The quote for the Lennox XC14 was extremely competative and, while there was no pressure to proceed, I felt the proposal was appropriate to meet my central a/c needs and I agreed to move forward. The installation was scheduled for two days hence and was performed very professionally by Taylor and Derek. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the installation and removal of my old AC. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone considering a new central air conditioning system. I certainly plan to use RHE when it's time to replace my furnace.

    Furnace

    A few weeks back I noticed water leaking from my furnace. I looked on the internet and a few reasons could be. I called John late at night and left a message. He returned the phone call within 15 mins to my content. He explained what could be wrong with the furnace and for me to check it out before he sends someone. For if he sends someone, it would be a cost. Sure enough his suggestion was indeed the issues, thus I saved money and peace of mind. This company its tops! Every time I deal with them, it exceeds my expectations. I would look no further for a company that lives with integrity. You will be pleased you did.

    Ductless A/C installation

    Installation went very smoothly. Quick and very efficient. All our question were answered, Jordan and Nick did an amazing job. The A/C unit works great, extremely quiet. We definitely recommend this company.

    New central A/C and Furnance

    After 25 years of dependable service the central A/C unit at my home failed. As it was a Lennox unit I decided to go with a quote on the same brand as it obviously had been so reliable! Also had a 30+ year old Lennox furnace in the home so decided it was time to replace both. After reading reviews and doing some research I met with Greg from Reliable Home Environment and was extremely pleased with his professional, and I felt, honest quote. Price was fair and he arranged for installation the same week. Jordan and Nick could not have been more helpful or professional on installation day and I was impressed that both Greg and the owner stopped by to ensure everything was proceeding smoothly. Reliable was also most helpful in ensuring that the paperwork for eligible rebates was submitted promptly. Highly recommended!

    Central Air/Furnace

    Have lived in Ottawa without A/C for 10 years and when I did decide to buy I am glad I went with Reliable Home Environment. They responded to my request for a consultation immediately, were very helpful, honest and knowledgable about what I was looking for. The whole process took 5 days - from consultation to installation! Installation was done professionally and they took great care! Overall great service!

    Central Air Conditioning Replacement

    The lads (Taylor and Derek) did a great job. Derek, who did the main work, took time to explain things to me, gave me some other advice on maintenance and they both did a really professional job with the removal of the old unit, installation of the new unit and clean-up. They were done in about 2.5 hours. They scheduled the job immediately and the timing was great with the arrival of summer temperatures 33 - 35 degrees. New unit is working great.

    Professional Service start to finish

    We shopped around with 5 other major providers in our area, and John from Reliable Home knocked it out of the park! He took the time to address all questions or concerns before, during, and after installation. I'm a new home owner and had some newbie questions that they were happy to address during the first week of using the new Furnace & AC (even came by in person to address them). Not only were they the most professional, but they also were able to get us the best deal on higher end units. We have been amazed by the quality of the Lennox units, and the price we were able to get them for. I would highly recommend anyone looking for new heating or cooling units contact Reliable Home for their first quote. I'll be surprised if any of the following quotes stand up to theirs in pricing and education.

    Replacement Furnace, AC and Water Heater

    After receiving quotes from 3 other vendors, I chose to obtain a quote from Reliable based on their excellent HomeStars Reviews. They offered very competitive rates and I was extremely happy with the installation and the equipment. At no time during the purchase process did I feel under pressure to purchase. The salesperson was very professional and I also had a chance to talk to the owner which sealed the deal for me. The installation crew went out of their way to come early allowing my wife to leave on time for work. The work was done very neatly and the premises left clean. I'm writing this approximately 6 weeks after the installation and have had a good chance to try out all 3 pieces of new equipment. My home is more comfortable now and the temperature is even through out the house including all 3 floors. I gathered quotes on replacement equipment over 4 - 5 months (I decided to replace my 15 year old equipment before it failed) and found the prices to be much higher than I expected. For Furnace and AC replacement I obtained quotes ranging from $8,000 to $15,000 from reputable installers. In the end, I feel Reliable offered the best value and the best equipment.

    AC check

    We had our air ducts cleaned( by another company) and after the service noticed a vibration when the ac came on.John sent one of his technicians out and he figured out the problem in minutes. He explained what was wrong and helped with the fix. Darryl was pleasant, personable and took the time to walk me through the issue. As always, excellent service. Thank you!
