Jafar is great! He is dependable, knowledgeable and most importantly, he puts the customer first! He has taken care of me and my family's heating needs over the last 3 years and during each visit he has impressed us with his service, punctuality and attention to detail. At our last call he replaced our hot water tank which suddenly started leaking. He provided same day replacement service and was able to source a specific heater across town at a very reasonable price!

Excellent service! I called Best Way and spoke to Jafar. He spent about 10-15 minutes on the phone with me to try to solve the problem. Then decided that he would have to come to our house. Appointment for 9 AM the following day. He arrived at 9 AM and quickly found the problem in a few minutes. He quickly repaired the furnace and finished in less than 30 minutes. Great job! Jafar is my choice for any future service calls for our furnace.

5 fireplaces were cleaned, checked over and a few repaired. Service was excellent. I was kept in the loop at all times. He even went so far as to bring a co-worker in when something he was unsure about came up! Very clean, honest, polite and I would have him back again w out hesitation.

Very professional, honest and trustworthy. Jafar was very accommodating in our schedule, serviced our furnace and fixed our furnace vent termination issue. Services are affordable and come as estimated. Along the way, he was helpful in explaining our HVAC system to us as we just recently moved into our new house and were not familiar with it. Last week our furnace died, this coincided with freezing temperatures and illness in the house. Fortunately I had checked out Homestars for two options and contacted Best Way Heating. Magic! Jafar arrived the morning after I contacted, tried to solve with parts and when that was not possible he kept in close contact to make sure we got replacement quickly. There is no joy in replacing a furnace in this circumstance, the only pleasure was in spectacular service from Jafar and his team!

Very professional and polite! I thought I might have to replace my furnace but it just needed a good clean and a service which Jaffar did on the spot. He even showed me exactly what and where the problem was as well as how to clean and replace my filter. Very honest and trustworthy and I'm very happy I found him as I will not be calling anyone else for any furnace related problems! I highly recommend his services!

The drainage hose of my old water tank just blast off one day morning and flooded my basement. After going through all the clean up, I find Best Way Heating to be the only one that is available right the way with great rating in HomeStar. There were obstacles to overcome when replacing the hot water tank in my basement. The access to basement is through a steep ladders, the original setup was problematic and ... etc. Jafar didn't complain nor charge any extra money despite extra hour he needed to spend and extra works need to be done. Jafar performed his job with confidence. Regardless the time was late and there were other people calling him to ask for help, Jafar still did the job with great detail instead of rushing the installation job. Even after the installation was done, he patiently explains things and help me checking all the water outlet to make sure the pressure and everything is normal. (He actually fixed one of my faucet which has weak water flow, again, no extra charge) One more thing which shows Jafar is a responsible person: Jafar forgot to take away the containers / cardboard of the new hot water tank which left on my front door (it was late and dark when he left) but he called back next day to apologize and came by take away the container / cardboard personally. Its a pleasure to have Jafar to replace my old hot water tank!

Once again Jafar came through for me at a moment's notice. We had a serious leak from an air bleeder valve above the boiler for our heating system. Jafar rearranged his busy schedule to come check things out right away. Before arriving, he asked for a photo of the problem, so knew what parts to bring. Within short order he had everything repaired. In addition to being highly skilled in his profession, Jafar is an exceptional person -- good-natured, honest, hard-working and a man of integrity. I recommend him highly!

Our furnace stopped working during the most cold winter days. I called Best Way Heating after short online search, had no personal recommendations about them. Jafar came on the same evening, and we had all done in two days. Meanwhile we used mobile heaters that Jafar kindly gave us. Excellent service, very responsive, perfect communication.
