First time calling Bestway yesterday morning, after the furnace failed for the 2nd year in a row. Called after reading some of his great reviews, never would have thought he would EXCEED the nearly 10/10 reviews. The company we used last year didn't identify a failed pressure switch and circuit board. After pulling out the pressure switch and replacing with a temporary fix he had, he continued testing. The circuit board was malfunctioning also, so replaced with a temporary fill in he had with him. The faulty parts will be sent back to the manufacturer for new replacements. We have heat in the interim, and he was so reasonable with his actions and logic, keeping us informed and teaching us so much. He adjusted the level / tilt of the furnace using his own wood supply, as it was not draining the water condensing which has caused issues as well. He also replaced the filter, and didn't have an insane price for the parts he used or serious surprises along the way when settling the bill. Almost the exact opposite of any professional service I've ever received. 'Uncle Jafar' as he is now known to our children will always be welcome in our home and everyone we know. We will be recommending him with very high regard, including friends in real estate and the builders of our home who should be using this type of professional for their heating and HVAC needs. For someone of this caliber to make himself available 24 hours is a benefit to anyone in his service area. See you again soon!

On the first snowy day of winter 2016, our furnace died. Best Way was able to stop by to assess the issue within hours of my phone call. Jafar found the necessary parts in Vancouver and had the house back to above zero temperatures before night end. The best part was he had to work by flashlight due to the power outage...now that's customer service.

Jafar is a very honest, hardworking, trustworthy and nice guy. He is very knowledgeable about the way furnaces work, and is patient to explain things to me. My two furnaces were originally installed by a company that has a very poor reputation in the Vancouver area. Unfortunately, we didn't do our homework two years ago when we hired them. And we are having issues from that. Jafar has done a great job of fixing their mess, and he tries to save me money too! I'm glad I found him and I feel our furnace will be in good hands now with Jafar doing the maintenance for us.

Jafar was prompt in getting back to me regarding the fireplace maintenance. When he arrived, he placed a cloth on the floor to keep our place clean. He checked for gas leaks and for carbon monoxide. He cleaned the glass, logs, and underneath the burners. Our fireplace was black with some discoloring, he even spray painted the front and inside of the fireplace for us. After the maintenance, our fireplace looked brand new! Jafar provided excellent service and was friendly to work with. Thank you, Jafar!

BestWay Heating cleaned our two gas fireplaces and our boiler today. Seyam was very professional. He kept everything clean and did a thorough job of cleaning the glass, vacuuming and checking for gas leakage. He cleaned and checked everything about the Visseman boiler, too. I would definitely use this company again!

Furnace was not running, Jafar repaired it same day as our call, excellent price on replacement part (used one that he had handy, furnace already 16 yrs old so not worth buying new part), very nice guy, quick worker, knows his stuff, and fixed 2 other minor issues for us while onsite - not surprised by all the 10 ratings. Will definitely use again.

Jaffar was amazing. Excellent repair on our gas fireplace that required some TLC. Jaffar's work was steller, he left the place super clean and tidy. Pricing was fair and he showed up on time. A+++!

I've had less than acceptable experiences with companies I've contacted for Furnace and Fireplace maintenance. As a result I've let it go for much too long. I found Best Way Heating using Google Search. I read the reviews and found this company highly rated so I decided to take a chance. Jafar was beyond excellent. On time (doesn't give a time window; gives a definite time), knowledgeable, tidy, respectful, efficient....and I could go on. I would highly recommend Best Way Heating and will never hesitate to call again.
