This is the third year I have had Seyam from BestWay Heating clean my gas fireplace and boiler. Seyam is very professional (courteous, neat, on time, knowledgeable). He checks his work and is very thorough. Excellent job!

These guys are awesome. Their services are very high quality and reasonably priced. They are very responsive to inquiries and great to work with. They installed on demand hot water and new furnace for my place. I highly recommend them due to their professionalism and workmanship.

My furnace was not working properly, bestway came in short notice and repaired it fast and priced appropriate. He took the time to inform me what he was doing. I will use and recommend again!

The owner arrived precisely when he said he would. Jafar (the owner) is affable and humble and mostly concerned with family safety. His work is far beyond what was expected. Jafar and his crew at Bestway heating did an amazing job from start to finish on our air conditioning and install. Jafar personally spent about 2 hours at our home to discuss and determine which type of cooling system would be most suitable for our home. He gave us a very fair estimate and within a few weeks was back to do the install which his crew finished in one 11 hour day. Our home is now more comfortable than ever. We are extremely happy with the entire experience.

We were considering a gas furnace replacement and contacted several companies to obtain quotes. Jafar came to our place to provide an in-home estimate. He was very thorough in examining our existing setup, and answered all our questions until we were satisfied. His quote was competitive, and we felt confident that he would do the job well. Jafar continued to answer our questions leading up to installation day, and was very responsive. The installation went smoothly, and all was done as agreed upon. All necessary documentation was provided, and he gave us a run-down on what we needed to know about our new furnace. It has been a delight to deal with Jafar. We are happy that we went with Best Way, and satisfied with the quality of the installation. It is working flawlessly, and passed municipal inspection. I have no reservations recommending Best Way to anyone who is considering gas furnace repair or replacement, and will continue to count on them for our furnace maintenance needs.

I called Best Way Heating around 0800 on morning as our 20 year old furnace would no longer ignite again. Jafar made arrangements to arrive at 8pm due to a very busy schedule on the same day. However, in the afternoon, he called to say that a slot had freed up in the afternoon and if a tech could drop by to look. The tech Sayem came over and was able to quickly diagnose and fix the problem. He took his time to show me how he diagnosed the problem and how he would fix it. He also took his time to explain the condition of the furnace and some helpful maintenance item tips. I will be calling Best Way again to do maintenance next year and will plan to buy a new furnace and water tank when they're due. Jaffar and Sayem went out of their way to fix the problem, very helpful, honest, informative, fully deserved my business. Will recommend to neighbours.

Jafar and his team are truly exceptional at what they do. Not only are they very knowledgeable about their trade, they are also very honest, courteous, and just overal pleasant to work with. We had an electric hot water tank system that we needed to replace as it was not meeting our demands. I called and had multiple other companies come to give me a quote and their opinion of the best option. I had pretty much decided on an option, until I called Best Way heating just as a final assurance for myself that I was making the right decision. Honestly I didn’t expect to use their services but because of their great reviews I thought I would at least give them a chance. And I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly my call was answered and a time was schedule with Javad to come. On the day he even called me to let me know he would be there shortly. When he arrived he surprised me with his honesty and calm and respectful manner. He even was able to find a quick time to do my installation during a very busy season and he even worked out a quote for me right there on the spot and sent it my email. In addition, he even spent another 40 minutes checking the plumbing in my house to see if there were other ways that he could improve the issues I had and to confirm that the Installation of the new hot water heater would meet my requirements St and expectations without any surprises. On the date of the installation everything went smoothly and with minimal downtime. I purchased a Bosch tankless unit and I did hear a very small humming noise 2 weeks after installation that we did t notice on the date it was installed. It appeared to happen after hot water was running for a while and then the when it was shut down and after the motor of the system turned off. I told Javad about this and he quickly scheduled a follow up the next day to investigate. He narrowed the problem down and made appropriate recordings of the sound and where it was coming from for Bosch to investigate. In the meantime we had no issues with the actual hot water usage in the home. At the end with the help of a couple of visits from Bosch they were able to solve the issue with a software update. Javad was able to work with the Bosch to coordinate date/times for them to come and take a look. I highly recommend Best Way plumbing and heating because they care about their clients, are very honest and are there to help even after the initial installation with a great attitude.
