Best Way (Jafar) will be our first call from now on. A rival company came and looked at our furnace. Quoted repairs in the thousands. Repairs so expensive, replacement of the furnace seemed to be the logical option. Decided to get a second opinion. Jafar came today, pulled the motor out. Looks like it might be the fan, 300 to 400 dollars. Good news. Decided to try something. He went to his truck and got a part (capacitor). Took the old one off and replaced it. Turned the furnace on and the fan worked fine. Job done. $159. Wow. Could have told us anything. What a privilege to find such an honest, humble professional. We will need a hot water tank soon. Jafar will be the one we call.

From my initial enquiry to the completed work, Jafar and his team were consummate professionals. I needed to have my furnace serviced/inspected. Jafar was polite, considerate (took shoes off when briefly entering our hallway), thorough, and generous with his time - I had lots of questions which he was more than happy to answer and didn't rush me for a minute! Jafar arrived promptly and his price was extremely reasonable. I have already recommended Best Way Heating to a neighbour and BWH were only here this morning! :) UPDATE to original review: A little while after Jafar's service we noticed our furnace wasn't coming on. We contacted Jafar - who was in the neighbourhood - and immediately drove over to look into our problem. We found the issue was was the thermostat not working - nothing to do with the furnace! What a guy! We were so grateful of Jafar's selfless help. We will not be using anybody else in the future. Nor should you!

Jafar and his team came to install a new air-conditioning for me and his service is considered as 6 stars service. He is very professional and knowledgeable, he even stayed in my house until 11 pm from 3pm to help me to fix my furnace where there old tube in my house was not properly installed therefore it affected the air-conditioning, it is nothing to do with his installation but he is willing to stay and help me to fix i without any extra charge. Jafar is unbelievable, he is the best of the best.

Jafar and his team are fantastic! My A/C wasn't working and called Best Way Heating for an estimate as I didn't like the first answer I received. The first visit solved part of the problem and when I informed Jafar there was still a problem he got to my place in minutes (not hours) and found the other issue and fixed it. The solution was great, the rate was very fair and the service was fantastic. I would highly recommend Best Way Heating.

Their service is quick, professional, efficient and reasonably priced. Our furnace stopped working overnight. I called in the morning, Jafar fixed it the same day. Keep doing a great job! Definitely recommended.

After trying some of the other heating companies over the years and feeling as though I was being overcharged for work that wasn't necessary I decided to try Bestway. I was not disappointed! They came quickly and diagnosed the problem while explaining everything to me and replaced only what was needed. The best part was that he did not overcharge me as he showed me the invoice for the new part so I knew I wasn't being overcharged like previous companies were doing to me. Thank you so much Bestway for being honest and the being the BEST at what you do ! You are my new furnace/gas guys! Keep up the great and honest work! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

I called him on a weekday evening because we had no heat on a frosty night. He was at my house in about 30 minutes and got the furnace working temporarily until he could return with an uncommon part. When he returned, he fixed/cleaned the furnace and serviced my two fireplaces. He even spray painted the burner box of the fireplaces so they look like new. Jafar did a good job and was honest in his assessment and charges. I definitely recommend his services.

The initial booking on the telephone, in-home estimate, installation, and follow-up inspection all had one thing in common - excellent customer service. Jaffar (the owner) was very thorough in his explanations and courteous to listen to my questions and concerns regarding a new furnace installation. Seyam (the installer) came to work on removing the old furnace and installing the new furnace. The workmanship was very good and he left the house in a clean manner. After the installation, I had difficulty with the new thermostat. A few days later, I called Jaffar and he arrived within 30 minutes. He diagnosed and fixed the issues and patiently explained everything to me. He also prepared all of the paperwork for the Fortis Rebate and e-mailed them to me the next day. I highly recommend his company.

I asked for service on Saturday, and he came out and looked at the gas fireplace in bedroom. Made some good points about carbon monoxide detector, I was using one that was over 10 years old. Cleaned out the fireplace and got rid of the flickering pilot light. Very professional, courteous, and cleaned up after himself.

My 20 year old Lennox Whisper Heat furnace was not working. I had 2 different heating and licensed gas fitters come in. Both of them were unable to figure out the issue and all i ended up was hundreds of $$ spent on parts and labor. I was at the point when i thought i had no other option but to change out the furnace. Then i stumbled upon Best Way heating on google. The Homestars reviews from different customers really gave me a boost of confidence to call. Jaffar picked up my call and promptly set up an appointment for the afternoon. 2.5 hours later He resurrected the furnace back to life!! From the moment he introduced himself at the door, he was very personable and reassuring. While he was working, his experience and skills was very evident. Half of his time was spent fixing up the mess made by the other 2. His workmanship and professionalism was impeccable. To top this off when he presented the bill, Jaffar explained the charge breakdown and both the cost of labor and parts were so reasonable compared to the other BIG Name companies. The parts were lower than the online and local parts stores! I cannot thank you enough Jaffar- you are god sent!
