Wow. Let's just say from the initial phone call, to the in-home consultation, to days after the renovation was complete, Paul impressed us with his knowledge, suggestions, friendly service and attention to detail. We had a very tight timeline before we needed to move in, and Paul willingly took on our bathroom renovation. We have a young son, so it was really important to us that a bathtub was added to our bathroom. Paul even re-arranged his schedule to accommodate our timeline; we couldn't thank him enough for this. During the initial consultation, Paul provided a number of suggestions and took the time to determine what would be best to address our needs; this was really helpful. We received a detailed quote shortly thereafter. Paul always communicated and addressed all of our questions and concerns right away, and we felt comfortable asking for any clarification at any point during the project. During each step of the project, he made sure we were satisfied with the products and the progress of the renovation. And the bathroom; such quality and care went into the design and workmanship, honestly just amazing work. Paul exceeded our expectations, and we are truly thankful for our new bathroom and won't hesitate to work with Paul for our future bathroom needs and recommend his services to all our family and friends that require his expertise.

Paul is a dream contractor. He had our reno completed in a week, just as he had promised. He was punctual, very tidy and on budget. His workmanship is topnotch and the bathroom looks fantastic. He offered many good suggestions and he sourced several suppliers for us as well. I would not hesitate to recommend Paul to any friends or family members. I will definitely hire him again for a future bathroom renovation.

Paul was professional, responsive, on time, and on budget - a great experience. He removed a claw foot tub with a custom wood surround, and the surrounding walls. Installed was a new tub with a bench at the end (to make up the space difference) and tiled walls. Behind the walls was a vapour barrier and new pipes. It looks great. There was a problem with the shower valve staying in, so that the flow would go to the shower head, but Paul returned and adjusted the water pressure in the house. The renovation was fast (3 days), clean (he cleaned up at the end of each day so that the rest of the bathroom could be used), and competitively priced compared to the other 3 quotes I got.

We love our new bathroom. Paul was great to work with. He was on time and on budget. He was helpful with suggestions but also responsive to what we wanted. The quality of all the work was excellent. We would highly recommend him and would use him again when we do our other bathroom.

I received three quotes before deciding on Paul for my bathroom renovation. Not only was he the most reasonably priced but I found him pleasant and approachable. Working with Paul was a pleasure from beginning to end. He was extremely helpful with my design choices (finding me products from his suppliers but also assisting me in obtaining products on my own) and the end result is fantastic. Paul did an amazing job on completly gutting and updating our bathroom. He is always very proffesional and an expert in his trade. This is the second time we have used Paul and we will continue to call on him and most certainly recommend him to everyone.

We needed to put a shower in our 1/2 bath on our main floor. We had met with three other bathroom renovation specialists and none of them exhibited the professionalism that Paul did. He measured and asked the questions that needed to be asked. When we discovered that there was electrical, plumbing and heating going thru the wall we had wanted to remove he came up with a solution that satisfied all our needs. He was the consummate professional thru-out the job. We were extremely happy with the work he did and would not hesitate to call him again.

I met with Paul and we went over the design and work to be conducted. We scheduled the work to take place while we were away on vacation. When we arrived back from vacation, our bathroom was completely transformed with no trace of any construction debris in our house. Paul was able to work through with all issues based on our conversation and contract. We are very happy with the results and would recommend Paul. We have asked for quotations on more projects for our home and we will be happy to work with Paul again in the future.
